"A reasonable stay in Carmel with a walkable distance to beautiful downtown area. It’s about a mile or less from the main beach—an easy drive or a pleasant walk if you're up for it. The property feels more like a home than a luxury hotel. While the breakfast room is on the smaller side, it offers a decent selection of choices."

"This is a hidden gem right near all the great restaurants in downtown Carmel, It was very comfortable and quiet with great sheets and towels on a comfy bed. For the price, it was a great choice and we are planning many returns. Staff was soooo helpful with wine tour and restaurant reservations. "

No AC. amenities through out the day are nice but it is a bit awkward in the small lobby lounge area. overall the price is too high for what you are getting. you may find a nicer option in near by Monterey for cheaper."
