- Our spacious American foursquare style home built in 1903 is the perfect family retreat! Located in quaint Cheriton, we are a quick 8 minute drive to downtown Cape Charles, and a 7 minute drive to the boat ramp in Oyster. It's the perfect location for both the fisherman and the beachgoer! We renovated the kitchen & bathrooms while leaving the original hardwood floors, wooden elements and layout of the house the same to preserve the character of this 118 year old roomy home. On 1.25 acres!
