"Rooms were clean and comfortable. My fiancé and I took a mini trip to check things out, we will be staying here for our wedding along with 50 of our closest friends and family. It is perfect for a big group with plenty of things to do within walking distance. Martha at the pool bar is AMAZING (and I'm not even a drinker)!!!! She made the whole experience 10X better. Can't wait to go back!!!"

"The room was clean and well maintained. Updates and touches that tell you they care about the place and invest into it, I've stayed at other places that just are barely maintained, but this room has some beautiful finishes and updates that just surprised me to see on a vacation hotel. Plenty of towels and extra pillows, no shortage of towels which is something else that I've run into at other places. The room was just better prepared and set up to welcome us. The beach was freezing from the rains but still nice to go out there. We spent most of the time at KSC and Brevard Zoo, but our beach afternoons my 5 year olds loved running in the water. When we stay at beaches near us in Tampa St Pete area, there isn't much room for the smaller kids to enjoy the water. But here they were able to run around and splash in the ocean because even though the waves could get rough they broke so far out and there was such a long stretch of shallow 1-2ft deep between the sand and where waves were breaking that my boys didn't have to worry about waves or current. Beautiful beach. Nice pool that had more of a salt treatment which I didn't expect. No chlorinated smell or burning red eyes, that was nice. Overall a great stay."

"I cannot recommend this Cocoa Beach vacation house enough. From planning to booking to questions pre-trip and during trip, the host was always accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and everything is as advertised. Whether you want to lounge outside or relax in the pool or hot tub or play in the game room, there's plenty for large families or groups to do. Very close to the beach and the golf cart to utilize is a bonus. There is plenty of beach gear available for you to use. The house is well maintained and you can tell they take pride in the place by it's professional upkeep. We will absolutely be staying again."
