Rooms are elegant clean and very nice. Ask for AC remote. Ours squealed after a while, so turned it on and off. Great restaurant and gym in building.

While the hotel itself was fine and the room was clean and comfortable, I ran into a situation with the hotel where items in my room were mistakenly removed during cleaning and they were unable to find all of the items that were discarded - I lost pajamas, personal slippers brought from home and my undergarments. The staff were quick to take control of the situation and kept me updated on the situation, reviewed CCTV footage to determine what happened and did try to compensate for the missing items. I still don't know the full situation as to HOW this even happened but I do appreciate that they tried to resolve it and were communicative throughout the process.

Overall, great hotel. I noticed with my hotel that the wall paper or wood paper was peeling off and the bathroom had mold with stuff peeling off as well. The staff kept the place relatively clean which is good. I woke up almost every morning with a stuffy nose or dry throat due to the air condition in there and it did have a strange smell I noticed but it went away after a while and would come back. It took some getting used to but for an affordable hotel it wasn’t bad since it was really close to myeongdong street.
