At the time of booking, it wasn’t clear whether it was an AC or non-AC room. I booked it, and when I reached the hotel, they told me it was a non-AC room. The hotel authorities said they didn’t know what I had booked and asked me to contact the booking people. In the end, neither they nor the others were available, and since I had already paid the money, I was forced to stay in the non-AC room."
