Lia Hotel

The location is good. The room is clean and spacious. As in most hotels in China, most of the staff can’t speak English properly except for one or two. However, they use a language translation app which can get the messages across. It’s very noisy early in the morning due to some noises from some construction work nearby. I was woken up by the noise. The hotel had provided a pair of rubber ear plugs but I am not using it as I want to hear what’s going on.

フロントの方が親切、アクセスよし

フロントの方がとても親切で、こちらのお願いなどしっかり聞いていただきました。(簡単な中国語でのやりとりでした。日本語はたぶん通じないと思います。)室内も清潔でしたし、毎日の掃除も問題なくしていただきました。地下鉄の天府広場駅からも近く、成都を中心に観光しようと思うならこちらに連泊するのもありですね。ちょっとした食事ならこの天府広場駅の中にフードコートのような場所があるので、そちらで済ますことができました。斜向かいに、現地のスーパーの様なところがあって、お土産もそちらで購入できました。

Lia! is the place to stay in Chengdu!

We loved our stay here. The location was central and convenient to the Metro. Most important the rooms were spacious, AC was good and the room was very comfortable with a great view to boot. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great hotel

Maids were great staff tried hard to understand all needs local area easy to go anywhere many local things to do that are free museums shopping and easy access to the metro only 6 minute walk

Awesome hotel

The maids were great friendly staff ! ! Clean and close to everything metro only 5 minute walk museums and other things 10 minutes . They also helped many things directions and copies needed or papers.

The buffet and the service was amazing. We were supposed to check in at 2pm and checkout at noon the next day. We reached early and were allowed to check in at 11am. When asked about the checkout time. The reception told us it was 2pm.

Hôtel central très bien placé

L’hotel est très central pour visiter la ville. Je me suis déplacée en métro vélo taxi. L’entrée de l’hotel se fait par une petite rue pas très engageante mais s’avére sans problème. La principale difficulté c’est la communication très très peu de personnel parlent anglais. Et si par hasard vous trouvez quelqu’un son anglais est très sommaire ... Le confort est correct, Mais peut etre inégal d’une chambre à l’autre.

Grand studio pour un prix très raisonnable

J'ai pris le studio sans fenêtre mais grand avec grande salle de bain, tout était au top mise à part la climatisation et il fait vraiment chaud lorsque l'on n'a pas de fenêtre... la femme de ménage n'a pas su le régler, sinon la chambre est vraiment bien centrée dans la ville. Un vrai plus : je suis arrivé à 8h du matin et j'ai eu le droit à ma chambre immédiatement, ça compte beaucoup, bravo !
