Herzlich Willkommen in unserem neuen Leonardo Apartment im Herzen von Chemnitz! Diese schicke Wohnung verfügt über drei getrennte Räume, sowie voll ausgestattete Küche und Badezimmer mit Waschtrockner und einen tollen Balkon zum relaxen.

Beide Hauptschlafzimmer haben ein 160cm-Boxspringbett. Zusätzlich gibt es im Wohnraum ein Einzelbett für eine weitere Person.

Die Wohnung ist hochwertig gestaltet und mit Leonardos besten Kunstwerken dekoriert. Wir freuen uns auf deine Buchung :)



The Space:

Diese schicke 2-Raum-Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss in einem ruhigen Wohnhaus (Treppensteigen erforderlich). Zwei Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Doppelbetten und ein Einzelbett im Wohnzimmer bieten Platz für bis zu fünf Personen in drei getrennten Schlafräumen. Dazu gibt es einen hübschen Balkon und ein Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine.

Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Nachbarschaft in einem Wohngebiet nicht weit vom Chemnitzer Zentrum. Restaurants, Cafés, ein Supermarkt und eine Bushaltestelle sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.



Getting Around:

Durch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel oder mit dem eigenen Auto kommst du schnell und bequem umher. In der Straße vor dem Haus kann man kostenlos parken.
