"The unit was just what we needed for my son's sports competition in Birmingham area. It was sort of rural to Birmingham, taking about 30-45 minutes to get to his events. There is a washer and dryer, which was a bonus. Wasn't listed in amenities. Owners let us play with our

in their large backyard, so it is very
pet friendly
. Hannah was quick to respond to questions and asked us if we needed anything. No bedroom privacy. The main living area is a large studio and the 2nd bedroom is a bunk bed...

We enjoyed hiking at Oak Mountain State Park and the Dunnavant Greenway.Plenty of restaurants nearby.David was a great host - good advice for hiking locations.
