The Holiday Inn is always a great experience for me. It's the only hotel I choose when I travel. I love how spacious it is in the lobby and dining area. I love the freemorning breakfast and how it has a pool. My kids love it too!

I booked this hotel particularly to enjoy the pool with my kids. We got there around 7pm and on the elevator it’s says the pool is open until 9pm. We thought we had to time to enjoy the pool. When we got to the pool around 7:30, we were told it closes at 8 and we got kicked out after 24 minutes swimming. That was ridiculous but the pool was nice and warm.

Check in was great. Place was very clean. Pool was open and the water was a comfortable temperature. The beds are so nice. Not sure why there were so many negative comments. Very happy with our stay.

This hotel was so great. I actually stayed four nights. It was very clean, all staff members were polite and friendly, and the morning breakfast terrific. I will stay here again when I am next in Chelmsford.

This hotel met our needs and was comfortable. Our room was near the elevators and we could hear the dinging through the night. Wish those rooms in particular were made a little more sound proof. Also wish the weekend breakfast started a little earlier, but Dunkin Donuts was a quick walk away.

Great place to stay. We loved the dining area, easy roominess of the mobility room, and the pool. It was great to have a fig friendly place near my family’s home. The mattress was a bit hard for me and my husband. The noise from 495 really disturbed our sleep.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included in stay and has a nice selection of fresh fruit, cereal, eggs, bagels and coffee was very good. I loved the Dove shampoo/conditioner in shower and small Dove soap bar at sink. Keurig machine in room did not work. Overall a nice place to stay.
