Grandview #642 This luxury condo is a beautifully appointed, 4th floor waterfront condo.

Savor a cup of morning coffee or an evening beverage from your private patio/balcony while you take in the spectacular views of the pristine water and surrounding mountains.

Enjoy a king bed in the private bedroom, a full bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor dining, and a Murphy bed in the spacious living room. 

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer. This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street. The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging. Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather. 

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Grand View Condo

loved our stay at condo 642—the view was excellent, and it had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. However, the pots and pans in the kitchen showed significant wear and tear, so we opted not to use them. It might be time to consider replacing them. The general pool area was nice, but some guests left trash and food around, including in the hot tub and pool. There should be stricter rules about bringing food or snacks near the pool and hot tub, and the cleaning staff should ensure a thorough cleaning if food is left behind. Aside from that, the condo was great, and the location is perfect—everything is within walking distance. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

Not as good as the pictures

All common areas (lobby, hallways, elevators, staircases) are extremely dated, had strange odors, and so dingy and dirty they almost seem creepy. The room we stayed at (642) is decent but again, dishes were dusty, coasters were dirty. Pictures are enhanced online, much darker in real life. Bed was very uncomfortable - we call it a taco bed. Pool & pool chairs were not clean, couldn’t find a clean one. Felt a bit like a place I’d have stayed at for spring break in my 20s, except my kids were with me. If the place was like the pictures, I’d have been happy but the pictures make it seem more upscale than it really is, which is unfortunate since the place was not cheap and they don’t allow cancellations of any kind.

Great location!!

This place was perfect for us! Grocery store, restaurants were all within walking distance. Beautiful views from the large balcony. The king bed was very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you might need. The pool area was great for relaxing in the sun and taking in the incredible view of the lake. Highly recommend staying here! Brinda Cassidy
