Grandview #640 - This Presidential Suite is a premier waterfront condo featuring commanding views of the crystal clear waters of Lake Chelan and spectacular Eastern Washington sunsets. This fourth floor condo is beautifully decorated, entertaining is easy in the spacious kitchen complete with a large island and stainless steel appliances.  
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps up to 8 comfortably.

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather. 

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Quick fun get away!

The beds were comfortable and the room clean! One thing to note! spiders were in the rooms and we didn’t like seeing them on beds 😔 so might want to spray soon! Would totally stay again though!!

Maintenance helpful but unresolved issue from arrival

Very happy to have some of our kids and grandkids for this vacation, our first in more than a decade with us all together. There were a few issues in our President's suite (8 people there, so needed a big space). The dining room table was wobbly, the drawer under the stove was difficult to close or close straight, the top rack of the dishwasher was dipping down when pulled out and the fireplace insert fell out on one of the grandbabies. Maintenance was very nice and lent me an allen wrench so I fixed the table pretty easily. They ordered what they needed for the oven and dishwasher and secured the fireplace insert temporarily before doing a more in depth fix after our departure. The guys were great, very nice. Unresolved issue from our arrival was someone following us into the parking lot and telling us to hurry up and park as we had stopped at the entrance briefly to chat with family who was exiting. The person behind us had to wait a few seconds (probably 2 - 3 seconds) for us to pull in and then he was telling my husband "you think you are a tough guy?" "come talk to me like a man" because he was upset with our cautious driving in a large truck. Waiting to hear back from Management on this as he was the Security Guard at the condo and the Police were involved.

Well laid out and equipped for 8 people.we were a bit concerned about wires hanging out on the balconey. The balconey was scary for us as there was a gap under the barrier that looked like our 16 month old could slip under a bit. We didnt test out the theory. Everything else was great, we really enjoyed our stay.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. It would be helpful if there were extra towels since it is a three bedroom. Also recommend having accurate bed descriptions. One bedroom has a double bed, not a queen and this was an issue for our guests. Overall a nice stay.

Definelty was not what we had reserved and what we were expecting. We had stayed a few years back with the same amount of people and were given a suite that was accommodating to 4 couples, whereas this one only was for 3. We talked with the front desk gal and she tried to tell me there are no rooms like that within the facility and then backtracked to basically they don't rent those out to regular individuals. She was not accommodating or helpful. We just tried to make the best of it even though it ruined the romantic side of our trip.
