    New construction finished in 25' featuring views of a life time. This spacious 2 bed 1 bath house sits atop the world looking over the Columbia River. Just a short 15 min drive to town upon the Cagle Gulch road. This property features a 48in gas range, dual wall ovens, endless hot water, tile everywhere, in unit laundry, walking trails, and endless peace.

    Sleep number 365 Air beds with adjustable bases, heating and cooling features. 50" tvs in each bedroom, 85" in living room, Ginormous fireplace feature with stone walls, laundry on upstairs, huge exterior deck, plenty of walking trails and places to explore, tankless hot water for endless showers, dual shower head system, bidet toilet, 48" gas range top with dual wall ovens, dishwasher and supplies all standard.



    Guest Access:



    Bedrooms sleep 2 each, front couch pulls out for additional 2 sleeping spots, plenty of parking on the property over 20 acres to explore.



    Other Things to Note:



    2x routes to the home, Cagle gulch is steep, bumpy and not maintained. If wanting a relaxing drive take Union valley turn off and enjoy a nice smooth path.
