"Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung verlief problemlos via WhatsApp. Der CheckIn verlief ebenfalls problemlos via QR Code und Schlüsselkasten. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Der kleine Spa Bereich ist ein kleines Highlight. Parken kann man direkt vor seinem Haus. Einziger Nachteil vielleicht, dass es sehr hellhörig ist und je nachdem was man für Nachbarn hat oder Hunde, die bellen, kann es für den ein oder anderen störend sein. "

"The apt is was clean and neat and the location is great- across from the Coop grocery store and close to the shuttle bus to the base of the ski area (15 mins walk if you don't take the shuttle bus). The host was very helpful with getting our stuff to/from the parking lot.But, the apartment is very small, for a family of 5, we found it too crowded. "The hotel surpassed our expectations! The room was immaculate and refreshed to the same standard every day. Every member of the staff was cordial and helpful. We only had breakfast one morning (which is included) and there were many varieties of foods to choose. Lunch and dinner at The Bistro were excellent, as was the service. We were meeting my Italian relatives for the first time, and most meals were at their homes, so we did not have the chance to eat at Atilier. Next time! We are already deciding when we will come back to Domodossola and the Eurossola Hotel!"

The Capra is an exceptional property: wonderful location, facilities, and service at a very fair price. All the staff are friendly and welcoming; the breakfast is a la carte, but substantial and served quickly; and the common spaces are a great place to be stuck indoors when it rains. The goodie bag at departure is a small touch, but really drives home the property’s commitment to guest experience."

"This is an amazing hotel. Great room friendly owners and workers, amazing location. The breakfast is really good. They even accommodate making fresh eggs and a vegetarian omelette. They let us pick nick in the front garden and even gave a free ride to the bus stop. I would go back 100 times."

"We had a great 3 night stay at this lovely, good value hotel. The room was spacious and clean with a balcony with a wonderful lake view. The breakfast included in the price offers a great choice of cold cut meats, cheeses, bread, jams and cereals. But what really made our stay memorable was the staff. The kind male owner was so friendly at check in, offering lots of literature and information for local restaurants, transport and events. And when we left to move to our next hotel in the next town of Stresa 15 minutes drive away, he had one of his team drive us there - what more can you ask of a hotel. We will be back. "
