Our stay fell far below expectations for an all-inclusive resort. Most restaurants were closed, food options were extremely limited, and the concierge was unable to secure a required restaurant reservation. Service was inconsistent, and liquor availability varied by location. Housekeeping was a recurring problem. We waited approximately three hours for towels, had to retrieve toilet paper ourselves, and experienced inconsistent room cleaning despite being told there was a $25 cleaning fee. Our original room had a nonfunctioning TV, phone, and toilet, requiring us to move to another room with a broken toilet seat and unpleasant-smelling furniture. The floors and sheets were wet every night due to condensation, and I experienced severe allergy symptoms. Room service never arrived, yet we were charged a $25 fee for an order that was handed to us at the door. We contacted management and made multiple attempts to resolve these issues, but our concerns remain unresolved. These problems occurred throughout our stay, not just one night. The experience did not justify the cost, and we will never return.

Amazing !!

Amazing amenities but there could be better food options as I am veg and I was eating the same things everyday. Also I feel like communication was lacking. My partner was trying to organise a private dinner but did not get any updates until an hour or so before we wanted the dinner saying they were not able to do it for us. We got engaged on the trip and my partner was trying to organise something with the hotel months in advance but again no one was responded to any of the emails he had sent so eventually had to organise with an external company.
