Welcome to this charming three-level townhome designed for your ultimate comfort. On the first floor, relax in the cozy living area with a smart TV (perfect for streaming your favorite shows) and a full bathroom. The sofa converts to a queen-size bed for extra guests.

The second floor features a fully stocked kitchen and a balcony where you can savor your morning coffee and sunrise. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located here.

On the top floor, you'll find a queen-size bed, another full bathroom, an additional TV, and a workspace ideal for remote work. Enjoy stunning mountain views from the top-floor balcony. Experience the best of Southside Chattanooga in this beautiful home—we look forward to hosting you!

Guests have access to the entire home. There is a locked supply closet on the bottom floor.

We ask that you please treat our home as you would your own.

-Absolutely NO smoking inside the home or on either of the balcony areas. If you do smoke please step outside of the first floor and do so away from the home and throw away any trash outside. Any evidence of smoke inside the home will result in termination of your reservation with no refund, and an immediate $500 charge plus the cost of remediation.

-No pets please. $150 fee if there is evidence of pets in the home.

We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs.

Lastly, while we have regular and excellent pest control, our climate can provide the conditions for an occasional bug sighting. If you do spot a bug we will send pest control back out as quickly as possible, but please note that we do not provide refunds based on this.
