🚗 Parking, Driveway, and Road: The road and driveway are narrow and steep in places. Please drive carefully and be mindful of the rock formations. You are responsible for your vehicle and any potential damage to it or the landscaping. There is ample space to drive and park, but caution is essential.



🛏️ Occupancy and Fees: This modern home accommodates a maximum of 14 guests, ideally including children. An additional $10 per person (including kids) will be charged for guests beyond 6.



🤫Quiet Hours: 9pm - 8am



🚗🔑 Garage Access: May be available upon request.



🅿️ Parking: Limited to 5 regular-sized cars or 3 car and an oversized vehicle.



👶 Infants: We welcome infants, but please note we do not provide outlet plugs, foam guards, a crib, or a pack-n-play.

❄️ A/C & Heat: The thermostat is programmed to reset automatically at 10 AM and 5 PM daily, ensuring efficiency when the home is unoccupied. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your comfort when home.

Absolutely Amazing!

Our first time renting a cabin and it was above and beyond our greatest expectations! We had everything we needed supplies wise and the comfort was on point. Our Thanksgiving was extra special because of our stay here. We look forward to coming again.

Great Location!

This house was absolutely perfect for our trip with friends. It had a backyard for kids to play and plenty of room for us to spread out. It was right on the base of Lookout Mountain, and was super convenient to everything in Chattanooga. We hope to come back one day!

Great for a family trip!

The house was very clean on arrival. It was located on a very quiet street on Lookout Mountain. It was very close to the trailhead that led to Ruby Falls - was a very pleasant hike. The house was well-equipped for all our needs. It was a great location and close to all all activities. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for families, close to attractions

Wonderful place to stay. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The yard and porch are lovely and secluded. The location is very close to Rock City, Ruby Falls, and the Incline Railroad. Grocery stores are very close by. My kids loved having their own space downstairs. Joel was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Weekend Stay in Chattanooga

The St Elmo house was a great fit for our group of adults and older teens. There was plenty of parking; beautiful porches; a large, well stocked kitchen (plus the downstairs kitchen); lots of seating, and plenty of comfortable beds. It was even better than the listing indicated! Joel was able to accommodate a last minute request we had, and we really appreciated it. Definitely give this house a stay!

Home away from home!

This house is beautiful. It’s spacious, CLEAN, and well equipped to host a long or short vacation. We loved the location- it felt safe and very close to the attractions we were planning to see in Chattanooga. The beds downstairs were perfect for the kids to have a ‘slumber party’ while the adults got the bedrooms upstairs. Washer and dryer worked great! Can’t say enough about this beautiful home and the kind owners. Would most definitely stay again.

Spacious with many amenities

This was a lovely, spacious home with everything needed to accommodate a large group! It was really like a full home upstairs with a downstairs separate apartment that had several beds, a mini kitchen, a laundry room, and a bathroom. The host, Joel, was very responsive in answering all my questions. He was also gracious and accommodating when I made a special request.My whole family had a wonderful time, and if we come back to Chattanooga, we will definitely come back to this home!

Wonderful winter retreat

The house was comfortable and clean. My friends and I stayed for a girls weekend in January. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed to make some meals. The pantry and closet held all our things. The showers were great. The house was located in a safe and easy to get to area near St Elmo. We easily parked 3 large vehicles. The owners were very responsive when there was bad weather coming and helped us at every turn. Thanks again for a great stay

Amazing Chattanooga Stay

We absolutely loved our stay here. Our group consisted of two families with small children. The house was exceptionally clean and super convenient (even the aquarium and zoo were super short drives). Would recommend this home to anyone looking to rent in the Lookout Mountain area. Hosts were also quick to respond when we had a question. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic Location & Beautiful Property!

This property is clean, beautiful, large, and in the perfect location. Only a short walk to 2 hiking trails, 6 min drive to Rock City, and 10 mins from downtown (aquarium, walnut street bridge, art district, ect.). It’s in a quite, beautiful, small, secluded neighborhood. The owner was quick to respond to questions. The decks were perfect to relax in the morning and evening taking in the beautiful nature sights & sounds. Definitely recommend!
