The property was extremely dirty. The halls smelled like stale cleaner. The paint on the bathroom walls were peeling of. There was dog hair on the bed. Stained towels. It was a horrible experience.

Hotel staff cancelled my reservation at 9:25pm while we were driving down because we hadn’t arrived yet. That is absurd and hardly a ‘late arrival’. I had to call and have it reinstated. WHen we got there, while walking to our room, we noticed that the first floor restrooms are broken. The elevator buttons don’t work well. The hardware for part of our hotel room door was missing. In our room, the microwave was broken as was the lamp and refrigerator. Only given one trash can so restroom shared with food waste. Paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom. Two towels for a family of four. The water wouldn’t drain in the sink or shower/bathroom tub for like 15 minutes after each use. There was no liner for the ice bucket and it was wet. One of the beds bows in from overuse and was terribly uncomfortable. Those are the things the hotel could have done better. Perhaps out of their control but still germane to the traveler, the walls are paper thin. We heard every conversation, music, etc.. from our neighbors. In the morning I shared our experience with the gentleman at the front desk. He was kind and sympathetic. I told him I felt we deserved a partial refund, particularly because the food we planned to refrigerate went bad. He gave us $0 refund. I will not recommend this hotel to others.

Bathroom walls look horrible
When we first walked in the smell was wonderful and clean. It was very clean but the bathroom paint on the wall is peeling badly. It’s very unattractive. The vent in the bathroom was stained also.

The room we reserved looked like the picture except VERY dirty and nasty. The fridge didn't work, microwave didn't turn so the food burned, had food on the ground by the heat/AC unit, AC turned off halfway through the night, the small part of carpet was filthy and not vacuumed, only one trash can in the entire room, one of the light plugs was broken off and pushed inside the appliance, the fire alarm was hanging off the wall, the bathroom light was hanging out of the ceiling, the TV controller was taped together and we could only get it to change to one channel, the shower curtain had two huge purple stains, the corners and grout in the shower were covered in mold and there was a big line of *something* on the back wall of the shower. We did leave a note with all of these things in case some of these were overlooked. The ONLY reason we stayed the night was because we were in town for our family in the CCU and were beyond exhausted by the time we got checked in. I wouldn't really recommend staying here if you have any other options.

Not up to Red Roof standards. Property is in poor repair. The cockroaches were only medium sized. One bed had obviously been sept in without changing sheets. The previous tenant had left a bag in a drawer that included a condom and much more. Red Roof had previously been our first choice.

The first room I received had a door that wouldn’t open. I got a new room and there were bedbugs. The lady at the desk was nice about it and gave me a refund and I left but I wouldn’t stay here until the bedbug issue is resolved.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
First off walking down the hallway to get to our room the entire place had the heaviest smell of weed it made me nauseous. Yes I understand you can’t control what guests do necessarily but oh my gosh if we would have had the option to turn around and walk out right then and there without even seeing the room we would have. My husband and I had booked this room for our anniversary cause I really wanted a room with a jetted tub. I didn’t even get to use the tub. We killed like 4 roaches in the room and I saw numerous baby roaches in the tub so there was no way I was chancing taking a bubble bath with more of them. I ended up spraying like half my bottle of body spray around the room just trying to alleviate the weed smell. The bed is so uncomfortable and you can just tell it’s old. The ceiling has weird dark spots in it and the paint is peeling off clearly from some sort of water damage so scared as to what that is. There is a hole in the wall by the tub which looks like there is possibly a leak causing the drywall to be compromised and fall apart. And is also probably where the roaches have taken up residence due to the moisture built up back there. They only saving grace was the people at the front desk were very nice. But because this is our wedding anniversary weekend this was supposed to be fun and special I am hoping to get our money back so we can go do something else enjoyable and salvage the weekend.

Well your advertising of this place is so false . The room was very dusty ceiling in the room was crack roaches. And it seems all the same complaints in the reviews if I would gone to the reviews options trust me I would of not make a reservation there. I have stay in red roof all the time. But this one is the worst. You wrote a nice advertisement but you need to investigate it it not true at all. Hallway was so hot. Towel and bed sheet had whole in it and old. Tub had mold. Also the bed was so uncomfortable it seem old mattress and little German roaches .

Convenient location off the interstate, but the 3rd floor appears to be for transients. People cook in the rooms, They have a known roach issue but control it. We saw a few, but didn't complain. We've seen worse! Bathroom is small with no exhaust fan. No continental breakfast offered. Nothing in the area except KFC and a gas station. The wifi worked well.

Cheap place, but room needs lot of improvement
Room was unfortunate....peeling paint in the bathroom, emergency evacuate instructions fell off the door, saw cockroaches in the room, and floor was not clean. Could see and feel little bits of trash on the ground. Looks like one towel was used and not replaced. Ive stayed at Red Roof inns in the past which were much better than this but I may never stay in one again after this experience.

It was really dirty in the room, and there was stains on the pillows. It was also dirty in the stairway (because the second floor button was broken in the elevator we had to walk up the stairs which was fine but it was dirty in the stairway). The lady was nice and apologetic about everything so that was a plus. But we went and returned our room keys and went to another hotel.

This hotel needs to be cleaned, painted and repaired in so many areas. There is no free breakfast as advertised, which I didn't really care about, but still...if you advertise it, have it. The "other" side of the bed had not be vacuumed in, ever. I will say, though, the AC was super cold. The area around the hotel seems unsafe and my husband saw some very dressed up "ladies" going out for the evening at 2:30 a.m. Probably going home. It served our purpose but I never walked barefoot on the floor the whole time, except in the shower. Give it some serious thought before booking.

At first the room was amazing. Super nice for the price. But I left for a few hours, came back and roaches were everywhere. Called the front desk, asked to move rooms. After telling me they don’t have roaches, they finally let me move rooms. The next room I went in, I made sure to check everything. I’m very big on checking under the mattress for bedbugs. I pulled the mattress up and found a bag of drugs. Spoons, coke, lighters, needles, I almost got poked by a needle that was in the bag. I took it down to the front desk and asked for a refund. They were hesitant and asked if I wanted another room. Finally they agreed to give me a refund. I went back to the room to get my stuff, while I was in the elevator there was an employee who was there when I checked in. He asked why I was leaving and I told him, to which he responded “Why were you checking under the bed? That was your first mistake.” Do not stay here. It’s beautiful in the photos but it’s not worth the trouble. I had to drive 2 hours home that night due to not being able to find a hotel with such short notice.

Our stay was riddled with issues. The first room we were put in, the pullout couch was dirty, the nightstands were beaten up and broken, and the AC leaked and turned the floor into a puddle. The second room that we were moved into wasn't much better, the AC didn't leak and things weren't broken, but it was very musty and the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. Front desk was helpful, but overall this property definitely missed the mark on almost every front.
