CHECK IN:
Check in time is anytime after 3pm. I will send you a door code a few days prior to your arrival.

PARKING:
The driveway can accommodate up to three cars.

HOUSE RULES:
Please treat our home with the same respect that you do your own.
Please respect a courtesy quiet hour of 9pm for our neighbors.
Only guests who are on the original booking should stay overnight.
This is a non-smoking home. If you do smoke please do so outside and away from the house. Any evidence of smoking of any substance inside the home will result in an immediate $500 fee PLUS the cost of remediation.
Pets welcome with a 2 pet max and $80 non refundable fee.
CHECK OUT:
Check out time is 10am.

We will take care of cleaning, however we do ask you do the following:
Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start them
Place any trash or recycling in the appropriate trash cans outside

We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs.

NOTE: Any damages to the home will result in additional charges.

Lastly, while we have regular and excellent pest control, our climate can provide the conditions for an occasional bug sighting. If you do spot a bug we will send pest control back out as quickly as possible, but please note that we do not provide refunds based on this.

Great place to stay!

This is such a great house to stay at! With two bedrooms it was perfect for our family and the fenced in yard was perfect for my kids to run around in.

Great Stay

Great place and location

The house was perfect for my girls trip! Three of us fit nicely in this two bedroom. The location was a perfect distance from downtown. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy!! I would recommend staying here.

What a gem!

Y’all, I can’t emphasize enough how cute, cozy, and clean this house was! Our family of three stayed here and it was everything we needed. The kitchen had all the utensils for cooking, the bathroom was stocked with product, the beds were comfy and the location was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Adorable and convenient

This house is extremely adorable and perfect for a small family coming to Chattanooga. We brought our toddler and it was extremely close to the zoo and aquarium. The neighborhood is very quiet and cozy.

The property was very convenient for the activities we planned. The fenced yard was great for our small dogs. We did have problems with the lamps in the east bedroom. Checked lights bulbs but the issue seems to be no power to both outlets. Sorry about the delay getting checked out.

Great place!

This was the perfect spot for my family to settle into while we visited Chattanooga! It was cute and quaint, and extremely clean. Carrie was easy to talk with and she was eager to help when we needed it. I would definitely come back again!

Home away from home

What a charming house! Beautifully updated home that was perfect for our family visit to Chattanooga. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Convenient location. Carrie was proactive in providing information we needed and was very responsive when I needed to add days to our reservation. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Football stay

This is the cutest little place to stay. The perfect size for my family and I. Super clean. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The zoo is 1 minute from there. Would stay there again anytime I came to Chattanooga. The host responded back quickly with any questions I had.

Cute house convenient location

This house was perfect for what we needed. It is exactly as it is pictured. The neighborhood is close to downtown and conveniently located to where we needed to be. Carrie sent clear check in instructions and even allowed us a little later check out time to work around a meeting that I had to be on. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect quick trip

We visited our daughter at the campus, and it was very convenient for us to see her there. As well, it was very accommodating when she came to eat dinner with us and our other daughter one night. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The only item missing from the kitchen was a measuring cup for preparing meals. We will definitely try to come and stay again when we visit!! Thanks!

Back to School

Short late summer stay while we got our son moved into his dorm. Very peaceful! All you need for comfort. Great napping spot on the porch! Great AC! Easy to get to coffee shops and restaurants. Lots of families in surrounding homes so it’s very quiet.

Great Little Place

I really enjoyed my stay at Yellow Door. Everything was clean and simple (check in/check out). The house is close enough to everything so you can be pretty much anywhere in Chattanooga within 15-20 minutes. I admit that as I approached the house the neighborhood doesn't look as "marketable" as I hoped but I talked with a couple of the neighbors and everyone was friendly and welcoming. The communication, checkin, and check out were beyond perfect. I often choose a place because it's better than a hotel but often the process is insuffereable - this felt like a hotel checkin/check out - very simple and no list of chores like other places I have stayed.
