Little house on the river

This 2BR, 2 Bath is a wonderful get away located on the Tennessee River with majestic views. You will feel away from the world but 18 minutes from town. Whether you just want to take in the river or adventure around the city this is the perfect location. The home is fully stocked for your comfort. No Pets, All GUEST must be Adults 21 or older. We DO NOT rent to locals or family of locals.

This home was originally built in 1910 and sits on the Tennessee river with a beautiful view of the river, mountain scape, sunrise and sunsets. We have kept some of the beauty and caricature of the original home with current amenities and is fully stock and ready for you to enjoy your stay. Coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, gas grill with most necessities and toiletries needed during your stay. Smart TV with Netflix and EPB fiber optics cable package and free WiFi. We are 13 minutes from Racoon Mountain and the freeway and 18 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain. Whether you are here for an outdoor adventure or tourist attractions around the city this location is perfect. Bring your own kayak, paddle board or canoe to enjoy while staying at the house or rent one while visiting downtown.

No events or parties shall be held on premises and no outside people not listed on the guest list shall be allowed on the premises. NO exception.
