Summary:
Eden Cabin offers a private hot tub, furnished back deck, covered front deck with a charcoal grill, and a community fire pit just across the street. It accommodates 6 guests and has a main bedroom, a sleeping loft, and built-in bunk beds.
The Space:
Wauhatchie Woodlands is a family-owned collection of quaint, tiny-home, rustic-comfort log cabins on a 14-acre wooded property surrounded by National Park land. This natural setting is nested less than a mile from the city with quick access to downtown Chattanooga, Ruby Falls, Lookout Mountain, and the surrounding area.
Named after Frank & Nicole's daughter, Eden Cabin is equipped with everything you could ever need to make the most of your time in Chattanooga.
Eden is one of our bunk bed cabins, perfect for families. During your stay, you’ll enjoy a private hot tub, furnished back deck, fire pit, covered front porch with charcoal grill, and an incredibly memorable, charming space surrounded by nature. Eden can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests between the main bedroom, built in bunk beds, and sleeping loft. The cabin is equipped with a full kitchen, smart TV, and more.
Starting from the back, you’ll find the fully furnished deck, surrounded by decades-old trees, there awaits a space of pure relaxation, your private hot tub, with easy access to the main bedroom. Just beside the cabin is the shared fire pit and pavilion, perfect for fireside chats and evening s'mores. Firewood can be purchased on-property.
Inside, the main bedroom hosts a queen bed, closets for hanging clothes, lots of drawer storage, and a Smart TV. Just outside the bedroom are the built in bunk beds across from the full bathroom with bathtub.
A step further we enter the kitchen, fully stocked for cooking/dining with an electric range, microwave, stove, full-size fridge, dishwasher, and all the dishes you need to whip up a vacation feast. The living room and kitchen feature an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings with the main TV across from the sofa.
Up the staircase is the sleeping loft equipped with two twin beds. Kids will love having their own space. For grownups, clearance in the loft is low, just 4' - it’s perfect for sleeping, just watch your head when you get up.
The cabin’s covered front porch with dining set is the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee, or grilling out on your dedicated charcoal grill (charcoal not include).

The place was very nice and clean. It was very close to all the main spots that we wanted to visit, such as Ruby Falls, Rock City, and many many more. Definitely will stay again at this location.
Our 3 night stay was fabulous. Cabin was clean, a peaceful atmosphere, and the hot tub was a perfect ending or beginning of the day. I would definitely stay here again!
We stayed here during our family vacation to see Ruby falls, lookout mountain, aquarium and rock city gardens. Very convenient location to everything. Quiet setting lots of privacy. Hot tub was very clean along with the cabin.
The property was great. The check in and out process were fast and simple. The property was in the perfect location. It was a quiet and relaxing stay for us. I would recommend!
This was the PERFECT spot to stay for the weekend as I raced in the Chattanooga IronMan 70.3. We will definitely be back next year and it was great to see quite a few fellow racers in the other cabins. Awesome location to the city, hiking, and relaxation.
This is our second time starting at the property and will not be our last! Perfect location — feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere with the convenience of town minutes away!!
This was the perfect place for our family of 6 to escape during Fall Break. It's really conveniently located near just about anything you could want to do in Chattanooga, but secluded enough to forget that you're in the city at all. We were there for four days, and the space was perfect to spend time both together and apart while getting in some good relaxation. We'll definitely be going straight to this property the next time we're in Chattanooga!
Check in was little confusing but one call fixed that.Me and family loved everything about cabin it was super clean cozy . All attractions we wanted to do was close .just not enough time to do it all . You guys had everything we forgot silverware grill etc we loved it and we plan on coming back .
My two kids and I had an awesome time at Eden Cabin! We were less than 15 minutes from everything we wanted to do, yet our time at the cabin felt like we were a million miles away from daily life. The hot tub was my 4 year old's favorite part, while my 2 year old watched every train pass with great interest.
Literally the only issue we had was that there wasn't a bigger pot in the kitchen and so we had to commit the cardinal sin of breaking the spaghetti noodles in half to cook them. 😂 I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and the kids are already asking when we can go back so they can sleep in the loft again. We'll definitely be back.
With teens and the stay at home coziness we’ve experienced over the last year d/t COVID, we questioned staying in such a tiny place but … the loft, decks and hot tub proved to give our family enough space to relax after our daily adventures. We totally recommend this tiny cabin!
Our tiny cabin was just enough room for our family of 4. Very clean cabin inside and out and easily accessible. We spent most of our time exploring Chattanooga and only spent a few days, but it was just what we needed for a few days away from home.
Perfect little spot for a quick weekend with the family. Fully stocked with all of the necessities and the hot tub was the perfect way to end the day after hiking.
