"Directions to catch the shuttle from the airport need to be clear. I called the front desk 4 times and told her I did not know where platform 4 was. I do not know about Newark Airport. Explicit directions should be given. People at the airport directed me outside twice and would not let me pass a certain way due to the time. I booked your hotel for ease of service and was not far from port. I had to bear more expense due to the same lady I spoke to 4 times for help did not help and did not seem to care. It was a young Hispanic woman. That young lady did not even apologize, the lady that checked me in did a young African American woman. She just stood there looking at me. I was too tired to get her name. Other than that it was fine."

"The service before we even checked in was amazing. The front desk staff was very patient, kind and allowed us to check our baggage since we arrived a few hours early and had a tour to catch. The room was very clean, spacious (for New York), and the bed was really comfortable. We stayed in 3 different hotels over the span of our trip and this was by far the best. We will be staying here again and for longer next time!"
