  • Comfy and cozy four bedroom home near Hardings Beach! This recently updated Cape cottage is filled with new furnishings, and is a wonderful spot for your vacation in Chatham. There is a deeded foot path to Oyster River from which you can launch a kayak or SUP board. This rental offers 2 kayaks and 2 bikes for tenant use. The sands of and warm waters of Nantucket Sound are located a short distance away at Hardings Beach. Plenty of space for your family to spread out, and nice outdoor entertaining spaces with a fire pit to round it out. The lower walk-out level finished basement offers a great retreat for the kids or kid at heart with a Smart TV and a foosball table. If you are traveling with a boat there are multiple private and public launch ramps available nearby as well as room to park the trailer onsite.
