Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. "Overall, we couldn't be happier with our stay, the communication with the property manager, the check-in process, the location, and the property itself - all top notch and BEAUTIFUL! We walked everywhere - from the Chateau de Chillon to the Middle of Montreux, to the Rocher de Naye. Everything was absolutely stunning. I gave three stars for neighborhood because every night but one there were young people partying in the park in front of the property - very drunk, very loud, and went at it well...
