"It’s a winter wonderland. The Hotel is amazing, the staff are fantastic. We had our 2 year old working cocker spaniel and they made sure he was ok, bowls of water at breakfast and even gave him a bowl of sausages. The spa was fantastic, magical and romantic the views are incredible, we are definitely going back, but next time without our dog. So we can enjoy the spa together!"

The breakfast is quite limited (they also charge you 14 CHF for an avocado toast). The Frenchie restaurant is very overpriced with an ambitious but underperforming menu. Also stay away from the extremely overpriced Swiss wines. Staff is friendly though. All in all, would be a good hotel if it cost half as much as it does now."
