We only stayed for 1 night, but I would have loved to stay longer. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the restaurant and bar were great, food was amazing, prices were on par with area. We booked the room with sofa beds that sleep six. We are a family of 5 and were greeted to all 5 beds being prepared for us. A much appreciated gesture after a full day at Parc Asterix. Also very close to the Parc Asterix and CDG.

Well, located to Metro and taxis. Large room by Paris standards. Walking distance to Louvre. Cute Garden nice staff. Would stay there again.

We had very few problems during our stay but the reason I’m still leaving 5 stars is because the staff was amazing and incredibly accommodating! My French is a bit broken but the staff was very understanding and patient with me. The airport shuttle was great and the room was clean. The main hiccup we had was that the drain system in the shower had an awful odor. Someone was sent to clean the bathroom but the smell persisted. Thankfully, we were put in another room on the same floor near the elevator with no problems :) The next room still had a faint smell from the drain, but it wasn’t nearly as bad as the previous room and was bearable. The walls are very thin however, and I was woken up by some rated-R sounding noises one morning. The restaurant was delicious. We enjoyed the onion soup, 4 cheese pizza, and lamb chops! The mini shop by reception also has plenty of snacks and candy. The bus stop is also just a 5-10min walk away from the hotel and can take you to and from the airport or to other train stations. I’d recommend looking up local metro stations that aren’t affiliated with the airport so you can buy an all-day/weekly pass which works for the bus and the metro to get to Paris (standard passes will not work if you’re going towards Paris, you have to purchase more expensive ones). Overall, I would stay here again in a heart beat! It’s more affordable than a hotel in the center of Paris and is only 1-1.5hrs away from the city via public transit.

The staff was great. The building is jewel. The only thing we found the bathroom was small and lacked hooks to hang towels an robes. Also the hight of the bathtub was difficult to get in and out. The carpet was stained.

The room was clean and the staff are helpful. The breakfast is also very good!
