Great little place in the country

This is a lovely little farmhouse in the middle of beautiful mountain ranges. Lots of hunting, hiking, riding and fishing nearby. Very comfortable and cozy place. Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay

We loved our stay at this lovely VRBO! The views of the surrounding mountains are beautiful! The house was easy to find, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the house. It’s about an hour and 20 minute drive to Craters of the Moon National Monument. We were able to drop our dog off at check in time and enjoy the afternoon at the park. On our drives we saw quite a bit of wildlife, including a mom and baby moose! We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The property is incorrectly listed on location according to pin on map. It’s about 30 miles north from there. It is well worth the drive though. The property is very nice inside and is fully stocked! More stocked than any place I have stayed. Very clean and host made sure I had everything I needed. Wonderful views from the house. Would stay here again.

The property was perfect for our trip in that it was close to our desired fishing location. The setting is gorgeous and and house is clean and spacious. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped with appliances, cookware, utensils, as well as with a large selection of spices, oil, and other supplemental cooking supplies. The host was very attentive and communicative, including providing us with information on local roads and fishing locations. The hosts describe the location of the property correctly, but the Vrbo map shows it as being a significant distance south of the actual property site.

A very beautiful place a long way from any place

Loretta’s cottage is a half hour from any town and not near anyone else. If you like hustle and bustle…or even a cell phone signal, this is not your place. But if you like beautiful views of mountains, high plains valleys, and all the comfort of home (along with good strong WiFi) this is the place. Bring your own groceries and a love for quiet and solitude and you will be richly rewarded.
