Pleasant and Peaceful

Most definitely would love to use this home each time I visit the city and surrounding areas. The beds were all comfortable. It met my expectations. Very minor issues that didnt affect our stay. Country living outside of city limits. The hot tub is big. Be careful getting in and hot. The same for the bathtub. Easy check in and out. The entertainment is in one space which brought the family closer. I really like this home and again I may book it again in the future.

This property could be very nice but there is several carpets covering a hole in the floor or a very weak floor under it. You have walk straddling that area. Towels racks falling off the wall and ice maker didn’t work. There are some sort of birds in the chimney that will keep you up all night and wasp on the front porch and near the hot tub area. Contacted the host about it and they said they would handle it but the nest were still up when we returned to the home from getting dinner with wasp still there. They charge too much for this property with all that is wrong with it.

Wedding with out of town guests

We rented the farmhouse white other family members rented the villas right down the street. It was very ideal and the properties were beautiful.

Clean Property and Convenient

The property was very clean. It is exactly as described and pictures match. It is convenient to the interstate. It is a very quiet cou try setting for those who like solitude. You can sit out on the feont porch and enjoy the sounds of nature. We would definitely stay again.

Girls Weekend

This house was just as described and as seen in pictures. It is in a country setting, but is close to several small towns. We visited Ponchatoula, Covington, and Hammond while staying here. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful quiet property with lovely touches to make you feel at home.

Wonderful experience with checkin. I called because I was unfamiliar with using the site and the owner was so helpful and went out of his way to provide recommendations on local places to visit. The home is so peaceful and relaxing. Definitely a Place worth revisiting.

Was good for a quick weekend with our family.

The property was nice, updated, and clean. The bunk bed room was small, JUST enough for the bunk beds and the farm door did not allow for much privacy. However, it worked for our kids and the short stay we were there. The only real negative that we had was the hot tub was dirty. The water stunk and there was algae floating in it. We LOVED the cabana house they had the hot tub in. However, again, since our stay was so short, we did not feel the need to call the property manager. We would have been gone before they could have had it cleaned. On a whole, it is a very nice little farm house. The inside was very clean and stocked. Nice big bathrooms and my kids LOVED the tub. The neighbor is quiet and the front porch is a nice get away. Would recommend this to families.

Peaceful

The house was exactly like the site. It was pretty and homey. We enjoyed the porch swing and hot tub. The only things that I didnt care for was the lack of window coverings in the main areas of the home, the glass front door due to the lack of privacy and the lawn not being cared for. The house is too nice for the lawn not to have been at least mowed. It takes away from the niceness of the home. The neighborhood wasn't the best. Overall it was fine. It was a peaceful stay and no one bothered us.

Amazing 🤩

David was a spectacular host! We arrived very early and he was lovely, communicative, and extremely helpful. The house is breathtaking and the amenities are plentiful. We could have paid double and still felt like we got a great deal. Pictures really don’t do this place justice, we’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful spot for a family stay

Had a great time staying at this home. The house was comfortable and the hot tub and tub were a BIG bonus! Plenty of bed space, blankets, and comforts. Quiet and private, enjoyed sitting on the front swing drinking coffee and watching the sun rise. And the host was very wonderful about letting us have our dog there! My kids loved having the freedom to run around and their pup with them.
