It was a great room to stay in, beautiful views and the nicest hosts! Breakfast was extra but it was amazing. We had such an amazing time staying there.
This property is absolutely lovely. I stayed for a wedding near a local vineyard & got in really late from my flight. Accessing the room was easy & it was very clean. The property owners were great & extremely friendly (despite my small interaction due to wedding things) i would stay here again just for the coziness of it all.
Positively wonderful stay with excellent proximity to Shenandoah NP, wine country, and Charlottesville destinations - Sarah and Reimer were lovely hosts! Highly recommended!
The hosts are extremely kind and welcoming. Pillows and bed in peach room were amazing!!! We had other obligations or we would have roamed the property. Maybe next time.

Quaint location in the middle of nowhere. We weren't in town for the sites but if you like living on a farm it's sweet.
Parking was all dirt and made things very muddy during the rain.
Owner/proprietor was nice and friendly
Such a lovely B & B. The hosts are so sweet. We had the Peaches & Cream room which was beautifully decorated. There is a full kitchen available to the guests & a French press, whole bean coffee & grinder in the room along with a fridge. Just be aware, if you want breakfast, you need to let the hosts know ahead of time & it’s $20/per person. I will say it was well worth it! The breakfast was delicious!
We stayed at this B&B for a weekend getaway to visit nearby wineries. The property is located on a quiet country road, which is convenient for wine tasting but otherwise quite isolated—there’s really nothing else nearby.
The property has several buildings, but all of them appear to need some maintenance. We walked around hoping to explore the “farm,” but there wasn’t much to see or do, and there were no nice views or inviting outdoor spaces to relax in. The outdoor furniture looked dirty and unkempt, which made it unappealing to sit outside.
Access to the room required walking around the main house and using an exterior staircase that felt quite unsafe and worn. The room itself was fairly clean but didn’t feel fresh or cozy. The yellow light bulbs, scuffed walls, and need for a new coat of paint all added to a tired appearance. The balcony was not usable due to spiderwebs and dead bugs.
Breakfast is not included but can be requested in advance for an additional cost. The kitchen is shared with the homeowner, who was very friendly and welcoming.
Overall, while we appreciated the kind host and proximity to local wineries, the property itself felt more like a home with extra rooms being rented out rather than a true bed and breakfast experience. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
Our room was very comfortable, and our host was very helpful and welcoming. It felt very homey and cozy. And while it was a long drive from Charlottesville, the area around the farm was lovely for hiking and biking.
It is a lovely place. This was my first stay at B&B . Owners were very friendly. Place is very quiet, very relaxing . I would definitely stay there again.
Thank you so much
Host is a very nice and interesting to talk to. Farm had neat things to look at. Very quiet and relaxing.
Didn't know we had to tell them we wanted breakfast ahead of time so we missed out on the breakfast both days. I don't know if that was communicated to me or not.
Well, despite my 2 emails to the property advising of my arrival, there was no one to receive me. I had to call and unfamiliar with the place, in the dark, it was... when I asked about breakfast, I was told with COVID there was none and even when there was, there was a surcharge. What is in a name? Bed and breakfast, anywhere in the U.S., includes breakfast! It should change its name to properly reflect its category. Also, there was no place to put clothes, only four hangers on a hook sticking out of the back entrance door. Beautiful location, quite and very good sized room, but unnecessary furniture and lacking a closet. I never saw the owners, who never made the effort to greet me or say goodbye when checking out!!!
