The Kiosk check in was unique but efficient. The room and bathroom was clean. I like that the establishment is pet friendly. I traveled with family and it was ok. Only thing is that you to take out your own trash and there is no cleaning service unless you stay after 14 days. The gentleman at the front desk was courteous and friendly.

This hotel is extremely clean. The only issue I have is the front desk closes at 5pm daily and 4pm on Sundays.

I guess I got my hotel information confused, I was thinking that continental breakfast would be served. I thought the lobby was larger. The room was clean, but it was not on level I thought, the walls was very thin, there was no Iron or coffee pot, and no tissue. I guess this hotel was mostly for long term stay because it had a range. Nice size tv but the furniture was very cheap. If you are looking for a long term stay at a good price this hotel would be a good choice.

The property was new and very clean. There were no equipment in the kitchen, no cups, spoons or coffee maker. When I asked for these items, I was told it would be too expensive to rent.

Nice hotel. Didn't like that there was no one at the front desk after 8pm. Horrible mattress on the bed. Not comfortable at all. Had a room with small kitchen, no cups, plates or utensils were available in the room.

The property was excellent, my room was spacious and clean. But some of my outlets didn't work in my room. Also, I didn't have a phone in my room to call the front desk. The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Other than that, everything else was great.

I was a late check in and I had to call the on staff person several times before they answered. The kiosk should alert someone instead of the person having to use the phone to get in contact. The floor was very sticky by the kiosk and door. My room was very clean it just smelled like curry food as either someone on the hall was cooking or the last person in the room did. I wish there were more pillows 2 pillows in the room for 2 people is very uncomfortable. The bed mad weird noises when get in it because of its base. The water was barely warm in the shower. The location is close to the mall and easy to find.

Found a dead bug under the blankets upon arrival, also ended up killing a cockroach. Room appeared to be clean when we walked in but we ended up unsatisfied as we inspected more. People being loud outside all night (not the hotels fault but still, you could clearly hear everyone’s conversation and we were on the 3rd floor). I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
