Magical
Took my HS seniors for a weekend in Charlotte. This house was perfect for my group. Only downside really is it needs a better stocked kitchen. It's missing a few key items

Great House - loved the location
The Hogwarts House was exactly as listed. Very clean. Big house with lots of space to spread out. We were in Charlotte for a family wedding so there were a few generations of people staying in the house and we all enjoyed it (ages 8 up to 70). The kids loved the air hockey table and the provided board games. The bedrooms were big and the bathrooms were all good. The host was extremely responsive and kind - appreciated that a lot! The greenway trail that runs right next to the house was a HUGE added bonus for anyone like us who love to take walks, go running, or biking. Many of us staying at the house used it everyday. Plenty of towels and amenities in the house that made our stay nice. Check out instructions were clear. The only thing I noticed was that the listing on VRBO stated checkout time was 11am but the host’s message to me (and the written instructions in the house) said checkout time was 10am. It didn’t affect us either way because we all had long drives/flights back home and wanted to be out of the house before 10am anyway. No complaints - loved every second of our stay!
