Beautifully remodeled home in the University area: just minutes from UNCC and PNC Music Pavilion! Perfect for family trips, concerts, or university visits. Enjoy modern amenities, a clean and bright interior, and a convenient location close to shopping, dining, and major highways.

Experience Charlotte like a local in this lovely 4-bedroom house. The space features one king bed and three queen beds, comfortably accommodating families or groups. With three bathrooms, including a relaxing bathtub, guests enjoy plenty of room to unwind. The tranquil atmosphere invites you to relax after a day of exploring. Whether you’re gathering in the spacious living areas or enjoying quiet moments, this serene home offers a perfect retreat. Experience what Charlotte has to offer with a stay at our house.

Please note that the second floor has three bedrooms plus a loft area that includes an office desk and an air-hockey table. The first bedroom is the master suite, featuring a king-size bed and a private master bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and share a full bathroom.

On the first floor, there is a fourth bedroom. This room was originally designed as a playroom, so it does not have a door and is open to the kitchen and living room areas. It contains two queen-size beds.

Please also note that there is no full bathroom on the first floor, only a half bath. Guests staying in the first-floor bedroom will need to go upstairs to use the shower.
