The space
BED ROOMS: 5 uniquely designed and supremely comfortable bedrooms: 3 king beds, 4 full bunk beds, 2 twins. Each room has blackout drapes, extra pillow/blankets, smart TVs and bedside charging stations. Bunk bed room has 3 console video games (Pac Man, Galaga, and Fast and Furious) that will bring out the competitive streak in children of all ages.

BATHROOMS: The 3 full baths are newly renovated with modern finishes. Bathroom 1 (ensuite in the primary bedroom) and Bath 2 have modern walk in tiled showers. Bath 3 has a tub/tile shower combo. All bathing essentials are provided.

CHEF'S KITCHEN: a bright and sunny space with clean and modern design. Fully stocked and with the full array of modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Plenty of counter space and 5 upholstered bar stools for gathering together over snacks or morning coffee, cappuccino and pancakes.

LIVING ROOM: Stylishly decorated with a lounge-y feel. Plenty of seating with the large cozy L shaped sofa, 2 upholstered armchairs, and 2 pouf seats. Stay warm and cozy by the fireplace and break out the board games or binge watch your favorite shows.

DINING ROOM: Tastefully decorated with comfortable upholstered chairs for leisurely meals, conversation and card games.

GAME ROOM has air hockey, ping pong, shuffleboard, tabletop bowling and upholstered seating for 4. Can be left open to living room or closed off for privacy. It has its own separate heating and AC unit.

POOL TABLE adjacent to the dining room has its own fireplace and smart TV so the pool sharks in your group can watch the game while playing.


BACK YARD
Outside, the back yard is your private urban oasis.

-POOL: Lounge by the saltwater pool with your favorite beverage on one of the 6 loungers and soak in the sun; take a plunge and float on one of the many pool toys. Pool can be heated on request with at least two days’ notice (additional $50/day charge) October through April.
-PICKLEBALL/Basketball: For the more sporty folks in your crowd, you have your very own pickleball court and basketball goal.
-Large two story children's playground will entertain the little ones with multiple slides, swings, climbing wall, fort with lookout, and fireman's pole. Surrounded by rubber mulch for safety.
-YARD GAMES provide endless entertainment: Cornhole, Giant Jenga, Giant Connect 4.
-OUTDOOR DINING table seats 12 — ideal for group meals in the fresh air.
--Gas Grill
-Back yard is illuminated with remote controlled string lights and sets an intimate mood to unwind and relax after a day of activity.
-The hot tub seats 6 and is the ultimate place for letting stress melt away.
-The fire pit is the perfect gathering place for making s'mores and telling ghost stories or just getting mesmerized watching the flames dance.
-Dog friendly property with fully fenced backyard; no more than 2 house broken dogs; $25 per dog per stay pet fee applies.

Quiet Enjoyment & House Rules
We welcome peaceful/quiet celebrations within the maximum number of registered guests. However, no loud, disruptive parties or events are permitted.
This home is located in a residential neighborhood, and we strictly enforce quiet hours 10pm-6am and occupancy limits to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, inside or out. Deep cleaning fee will apply to any violations.
No additional guests beyond the 16 guest capacity are allowed.
Violations of the above may result in:
1, Immediate termination of the reservation
2, Removal from the property without refund
3, Additional fees for extra guests, excessive cleaning, or damages up to $1,500 fine and/or immediate cancellation of your reservation may apply.
You will receive a house manual with more details about the property and use of the amenities after booking.
