Walking distance to numerous things (food, music, night life). This place is perfect for a couple, but also made to accommodate 3 adults.
Pets are welcome, just an additional pet fee of $50 per stay.

Charlotte is fairly safe place , but like any uptown area , I advice taking Uber at night instead of walking .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this adorable apartment! Everything was just as described, very clean and the proximity to downtown and so many things to do was perfect! We mostly walked everywhere. It’s right next to a charming little park and historic district, so it was a lovely walk. Would recommend!

Great location in uptown close to music venues and other event venues. The room is clean and quiet and does the job! Note that the parking space provided is a bit narrow, so be careful with a bigger truck. Comfortable for a single visitor or a couple. Would stay again.

This was perfect for our concert destination to the PNC Pavilion. About 10 miles out and the area was clean and quaint. We enjoyed the quietness and accessibility.
