The grounds were trashed heavily, The room wasn’t the cleanest, The Breakfast was disappointing. I didn’t feel safe in or out of my room. The Service was Mediocre at best.

Not great even for price

No one at counter when I went to check in at 4pm. Had to wait half an hour. Room had roaches. Dirty. The ac was cold which was nice. Lock on the door wasn’t sturdy.

It was as good as you're gonna get at a motel, at least the sheets were clean and the room was mostly clean although there were spots in the bathroom that was in cleanable but no big deal, had everything I needed, my only issue was the floor creaking making me feel I'm going to fall through the floor. The receptionist was kind and understanding as it was my first time booking a room. And there was plenty of space, no loud noises were ever heard and rested well with my lady partner

Room was clean. Beds were VERY comfortable. Staff was nice. The breakfast had a pretty good selection of food, although there was no juice. Area right outside the hotel isn’t great, but didn’t feel unsafe.

A great choice for a cheap stay. Room was clean. A basic continental breakfast. Old school type hotel building. They were in the process of painting a bunch of rooms.

The people who run the hotel are very nice and friendly. The hotel price is the best you can get for a hotel of its kind. The room inside was in good condition (not perfectly clean, but it was OK). However, breakfast was very poor, the reception area (where the dining area is located) was dirty and did not smell well. In front of the hotel there is an abandoned hotel, which makes the whole area looks dangerous/unsafe. If you travel alone is fine. But, I do not recommend it if you travel with family.

I needed a quick stay to relax and recharge before an event and ,Quality Inn certainly was the spot; clean environment,friendly staff and fresh breakfast was certainly well received. I will be back whenever I am in Gastonia. Great Job!!

Though basically clean, the hotel is suffering from wear and tear and no maintenance. Problem areas have been painted over, items are broken, Light bulbs are missing. The room had coffee but no coffee machine and the machine in the lobby was not working
