- Welcome to Peachtree Executive Home — a luxury 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath furnished home in Gastonia, NC, designed for corporate housing, insurance relocations, monthly rentals, and extended stays. About 20 minutes from Uptown Charlotte, with more space, more comfort, and more quiet than any hotel.
CORPORATE • MID-TERM • EXTENDED STAYS
Need a furnished home in the Charlotte Metro for work, relocation, healthcare, insurance housing, or an extended assignment? This entire 4-bedroom home gives your team or family room to live and work. Ideal for 30+ day stays, corporate relocations, and temporary housing between homes. Corporate billing and documentation available on request. Optional mid-stay housekeeping can be arranged for reservations of 30 nights or longer.
The bedrooms (sleeps 9): Two true primary suites plus two more bedrooms — Bedroom 1: Queen; Bedroom 2: King (sleeps 3) — grand primary suite, plus baby crib; Bedroom 3: Queen; Bedroom 4: Queen. Two couples each get a private retreat, and there's room for the whole crew.
Work-ready: 1 Gbps fiber Wi-Fi and dedicated workspaces in a quiet home — ideal for business travel and remote work.
Living: Chef's kitchen, washer and dryer, smart TVs, and a furnished deck overlooking a private backyard.
Check-in: Self check-in via smart lock — arrive on your schedule. Check-in 3 PM, checkout 11 AM.
Parking: Free driveway parking for 4+ vehicles.
Pets: Up to two approved, house-trained dogs (50 lbs or under each) are welcome — $45 per pet, per night.
House rules:
- Overnight occupancy limited to 9 registered guests
- Daytime visitors welcome — up to 15 people total on the property at any time; visitors must not stay overnight
- Quiet hours 11 PM–5 AM
- No smoking, vaping, or marijuana anywhere on the property, including the deck
