Mom's 80th Birthday reunion
Great location, a lovely house and area. We chose the lake access for the view and to use our brother's boar who lives in the same lake. We had all the siblings, children and grandchildren drive and fly in for three great days celebrating our mother's upcoming 80th birthday. We had a wonderful time and the house had many amenities that made it great for such a large gathering of age groups.

We stayed in this home for 3 nights for our sons wedding and it accommodated our big group very nicely. The main floor worked well for my 93 year old mother and the upper and lower floors gave everyone plenty of space to hang out. We would absolutely stay here again. Our entire family came together to celebrate our Mother’s 90th bday❤️so many magical memories were made at this lovely Lakeside Paradise!! This beautiful home has it all. Two well stocked kitchens!! Incredibly comfortable beds!! So many places to gather, play games, watch movies on a huge movie screen!!! Everything about this home was magical…my Mother could not have been more happy!! This home is beautiful right as you roll up! 3 levels makes getting family in just the right places. Has anything you could need for a big family vacay or a quiet retreat as the house sits well of a very lightly traveled road. We had a great time!! Highly Recommended!

You couldn’t ask for a more accommodating home. Two kitchens with anything and everything. Very spacious rooms, games for all interests, outdoor seating with views. Great location. Our only complaints were the dock, steps are rotted and the rest of it is in need of repair/replacement, and one of the bedrooms on the main level had stains and strong odors. I notified property management and they offered to have someone come in to clean it but that wasn’t a good option with scheduling and babies sleeping. The family members for this room ended up sleeping on the couch. It wasn’t ideal either so I hope it was cleaned thoroughly before the next guests arrive.

We have stayed at many VRBO's and without a doubt this has to be one of the best homes we have ever booked. We love the layout of the home. It's comfortable and has all the amenities you want when you're away from your home. This home is a ten out of ten for sure!

We gathered for a family wedding in Charlotte and were able to have a family reunion to boot. The house was perfect, well supplied and decorated for the Christmas season--comfortable for all. My Brit daughter-in-law was taken with the many touches from the UK and we watched the US vs. England World Cup game on the giant screen downstairs. We highly recommend this lovely home.

We had a large family group, and this large, very nice house, fit us all comfortably. It is well-appointed inside and out. The kitchen has everything in it you will need, with plenty of pots, pans, tools, etc. Plenty of towels throughout the house. Outside there were lawn games, plus kayaks and paddle boards to take out on the lake (including life jackets). There's a nice deck on the upper level, and a sitting area on the lower level with a gas fireplace. All in all a perfect place EXCEPT FOR ONE BIG FAULT: There are no screens on any windows, so even though the weather was perfect, with highs in the 70s every day and sunny skies, we had to use the heat and A/C. It would have been so much nicer if we could have opened the windows!

Wedding Party
Wedding at Camelot Meadows and booked this property for the newlyweds and their wedding party who all came in from out of town. Perfect amount of space for privacy and togetherness. Location was excellent for getting to all the different events over weekend. Convenient to stores and restaurants but on a quiet lake setting. House was immaculate and perfectly appointed. Really just need to unpack and settle in. Host is cooperative and responsive. We did not have any issues. Smooth from beginning to end. We didn’t rent a boat but would have been an excellent way to travel to the venue!

Renting a pontoon boat for the week from property manager Adam turned this exquisite, clean and well equipped property into a jumping off point for water activities whether it be cruising to Papa Doc’s restaurant, hanging at the sand bar or just exploring the lake. Great fun without the crowds and traffic!

Great family vacation home !!!
We have been vacationing with my family ( parents , siblings , grandchildren and now great grandchildren for over 25 years . This was one of the best rentals we have stayed in . There is room for everyone. I have never stayed in a rental that has been better equipped in the kitchen, bathrooms ( every bath had shampoo, conditioner soaps etc . If you can’t find what you are looking for in the 2 kitchens , it probably doesn’t exist. The property manager Adam was great to work with !! I would definitely recommend this home !!!

Review We have used VRBO properties for family vacations for over 10 years and this property is truly a luxury site. It is clean, well decorated, 8 bedrooms with great mattresses, bathrooms aplenty, a kitchen upstairs and one downstairs. There are ample videos, books and games available for entertainment. The use of two kayaks and two paddleboards is a bonus. The kitchen is more well equipped than you can imagine, even such things as a spring form pan, zester, corkscrew, crock pot and the list goes on. There are plenty of dishes, glasses and eating utensils. The description of the house is accurate and it is far more than described. We met the owner on our arrival, she was leaving treats for a dog, we were impressed. Television everywhere and since the Stanley Cup Finals were on, this was a plus. There are some maintenance issues: Corrected: 1. The washing machine upstairs did not work but it was replaced on Monday, 2. There was a leak in the ceiling of the bathroom near the stairs going up (it was repaired on Friday of our week). 3. The bean bags for the corn hole game were deteriorated and we replaced them. Need attention: 1. The ice maker and water on the refrigerator does not work and we had to buy ice. 2. The microwave in the kitchen upstairs did not work 3. The projector for the large screen has a warning that the lamp is nearing the end of its life. 4. The dish washer downstairs does not work (there is a note on the machine).5. In the master bathroom the handheld shower head cannot be used- it is frozen shut. 6. It should be noted that the paddle boards (we loved them) have carpenter ants in them. Renters should be told that the house is not handicap friendly. Finally, the dock is very dangerous. It had some grit but this has worn off and the last section is slippery when dry and very slippery when wet. We used the dock a great deal but it really needs serious repair. A sign with the message use at your own risk it not an appropriate remedy –it is called an attractive nuisance. This house is great, there are some issues which the owner and manager can easily fix and it did not deter us from have a great experience. We still gave it a 5 rating. We all would recommend this VRBO as top notch.

Perfect home for peace and tranquility. Everyone was very helpful and we felt as if we were returning home to our own lake house. Adam ensured that our time on the lake was perfect. Our favorite place in the Charlotte area. I recommend the "String Bean" in Belmont for an excellent lunch and 14 day Dry Aged steaks that are 2" thick. The sunrise at that dock is fantastic with a cup of coffee, and the geese, ducks, and birds will lift your spirits and cure any hangover from overtraining the night before. DON'T MISS THIS PLACE!!!! Lake Front Paradise is a beautiful vacation home...
My family and I had a beautiful stay at Lake Front Paradise. The house fit our needs so well. The house has three levels with bedrooms on each level it was perfect for me and my two sisters and our families. The house was neat and clean when we arrived. It was great having two kitchens and with 11 of us there was ample bathroom. The lake front view was amazing. I would definitely recommend this property for a vacation location.

Everything was perfect. Great rooms. Several sitting areas. 2 kitchens. On a lake unfortunately was too cold this time of year to enjoy the outside. Good weather was not on the listing. Lol. I rented this house for our yearly family gathering and this house was just what we were looking for. The location is perfect, only 30 mins or under to the airport and downtown Charlotte. We went to a minor league baseball game, nascar museum, explored downtown Charlotte and visited the Whitewater Center there. Downtown Belmont is cute with quaint shops and boutiques and some small town gems--we had dinner for our whole group of 14 at Nellies and it was amazing all around. We rented a boat and tube for the day and had a great time tubing and putting around on the lake. The house is very well appointed, especially the kitchens, where you will find everything you need. Plenty of parking and room to spread out and enjoy nature. We used the kayaks and SUPs every day and they were great to have on hand. I wouldnt label any of these as cons but feel they should be noted in a review. The one main issue we encountered was that the carpet was damp on arrival in the small bedroom downstairs. The basement was very chilly and we never tweaked the air there since we weren't inside much but the carpet in that room got progressively wetter and soaked through a towel the day before we left. I let the manager know but it would be something I would make sure was fixed before another booking. I also let the manager know that the house had multiple lights that were out and was running low on toilet paper (we stayed a week) and that there was only enough laundry soap to do maybe one load of laundry. Her response was that "this homeowner will provide enough toilet paper and personal hygiene items to last the first couple days of each stay." We rent a house every year in a different location for 14-20 people and this was the first time we have ever had to consider buying those things, which seems a bit much considering it will be left for the next guests. The cobwebs upstairs in the windows out toward the lake and the ones above your head downstairs could do with removal but I wouldnt expect a weekly cleaning crew to attend to that, but it should be noted. Overall we all had a great time and the house was perfect for our needs. We left a fishing pole for the next guests which we enjoyed having.

This house was exactly what our group needed for a post-pandemic vacation. It was clean, beautiful, and relaxing! I highly recommend renting a boat for at least one day. The internet went down for a little bit, but the managers were quick to respond, and before they could even do anything, it was back up again. Thanks to the owners and managers for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful home for our family vacation
The home was beautiful and perfect for meeting our family over a long weekend. It was well stocked with just about everything you need, especially the kitchens. We have stayed in quite a few rentals and this one is at the top of our list of favorites. There was plenty of room for us to spread out, but most importantly, plenty of room when we all wanted to be together. The kids loved fishing off the dock and playing in the yard. The adults enjoyed the outdoor seating and enjoying the sunshine. Thank you for having us in your home. Everything was wonderful!

This house is perfect for a large group. We had 12 people (3 families with teenagers). There were plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and lots of space to spread out. The full kitchen on the bottom floor was great for serving lunch while enjoying the lake. My only issue is the poor condition of the dock, the ladder and the tie offs. The broken ladder is a hazard for anyone trying to get out of the water.

Spacious home, perfect for large family and friends gathering
This house is huge and very well laid out. The back yard and covered back patio is perfect for all day family fun. With the kitchen downstairs you have the ultimate snack and bar station too. It was really nice to have kayaks and SUPs included. We were surprised by the brown lake but we are used to Florida waters and it didn't stop us from kayaking (little leary to jump in though). The house had plenty of dishes and everything a home usually has which was really nice (and plenty of nice towels). After reading reviews that mentioned how well the house was stocked I didn't pack my food processor or crockpot (when cooking 3 meals a day for a crowd I like convince) but the house didn't seem to have those two things, it did have lots of things though and I could have missed it. Not a big deal just mentioning it in case you are reading reviews to help decide what to bring. Bathrooms all had soap and shampoo too. You can tell that the owners/ manager care about their guests comfort and every detail was thought of. It was the best laid out and organized vacation home we've ever stayed in. And it was very clean!! Because of COVID we didn't explore much but we did take a trip to the us national Whitewater rafting center and it was AMAZING. We'd come back again to this area just to do it again. It's reason enough to book this house. Thank you Adam! We enjoyed the week and hope to come back.

Best Vacation Home. Ever.
We had a group of 13 family members, ranging in ages from 5 to 55 - this home was a perfect fit for us. Everything was well stocked (I didn't have to lug around my Instapot or Keurig), everything was CLEAN and organized and Adam was very accommodating. Having multiple decks was amazing - we would gather on the upstairs deck in the morning and the spacious bottom deck in the afternoons. There is so much room in this house that none of us were tripping over each other and could get space when we wanted it. We definitely used the bottom level the most for game time and movie nights. Adam arranged a pontoon delivery for us and what a treat it was to have it delivered and picked up at our dock! All around A+ experience. We are all looking forward to next time. Thank you to Adam and the Owners for setting up and maintaining such a beautiful home!

Awesome Place!
Had a great time at this property. It is a very clean and well kept home. The house looks exactly as represented in the pictures. 14 of us fit with room to spare. I only slept in one of the beds, but it was really comfortable. Everything was in working order with the exception of the outdoor fireplace. I believe it just needed the gas refilled. Adam was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. On a Saturday afternoon, last minute we decided we wanted to rent a boat. I called Adam for some information on rentals, about an hour and a half later Adam was pulling up to our dock to deliver a pontoon. He even went out with us for a bit to show us how to get around the lake. Beautiful house and great service made this an amazing experience for us. Thanks!!

Awesome Family Vacation!
We had a great time on the lake in this beautiful home. The pictures don't do it justice. All of the bedrooms are huge with nice linens, big closets, and flat screen TVs. The bathrooms are equally nice and a maximum of two bedrooms share a bathroom with two half baths to spare. The main floor has a great open kitchen and family room that sits at the heart of the house. There are also separate dining and living rooms next to the family room that we didn't even need to use. The downstairs finished walkout has a giant projection screen and an entire second kitchen. The covered patio is much bigger than it looks with two seating areas and a gas grill. I was also surprised by the back yard because it looks like a slope in the picture but it is actually large and flat until it reaches the dock stairs. Having two laundry rooms was extremely handy as well. One thing that can't be stressed enough is that this home is fully stocked. Any kitchen appliance, gadget, or dish is there. There are towels, blankets, pillows, and chairs galore. Even the bathrooms are full of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toiletries. In the backyard there are two kayaks and two paddle boards with life vests as well as two big inflatables. We ended up bringing way too much stuff because we didn't realize how well stocked it was going to be. The only things we ended up needing were coolers if we didn't feel like going inside to the downstairs refrigerator. We also decided to rent a pontoon boat for the week with a tube to pull which was a great decision. The property manager, Adam, was great to deal with and was responsive via text and phone call as needed, though we didn't need to contact him after we first met. The boat rental was done through him and he took us out on the lake to show us how to get to the main channel and where to get gas. Overall this was a great experience which gave us lasting memories for our whole family. I can't recommend it enough.
