Close to Bank of America

The smoke detector was beeping when we arrived. I contacted the owner who responded quickly but could not send anybody out to take care of the issue. We were able to get the beeping to stop. Upon our return later in the evening, the beeping had started up again. The place was clean and there were plenty of bath linens. However, I would recommend a "welcome"/"check out" list on the fridge with pertinent information (contact info., wi-fi info, check info (should guests put dirty dishes in the dishwasher & start it, should guests put trash at the curb, etc.)

Clean, quiet, and well stocked

Really enjoyed my stay. I travel a lot, and more often that not I have to buy basic necessities in each house. Finding a place this well stocked and peaceful is a refreshing change of pace!

Amenities need to be improved--The beds were more like futons than real beds. Bedding was itchy and caused discomfort. Definitely a minimalist experience.

Short overnight trip to Charlotte

Cute little house, that was renovated nicely on the inside! Clean and neat. My mom liked it, and she's not easily impressed! Great location, near many good restaurants, and interstates. Close to downtown Charlotte as well. Would definitely stay here again.

House was nice it just needs more maintenance . While my family and I were there the sink had a leak. I noticed it as I was washing dishes. Water went everywhere. I let the owner know and we refrained from using it the rest of the stay which was not convenient.

Quaint home

This house is in an old, established, mixed age and race neighborhood. The neighborhood was very quiet and people were friendly. The house is as described and we were comfortable there. The beds are all memory foam and we slept well. The host was very responsive. We would stay here again if we needed a home in Charlotte, NC.

I’d probably pass on this place. Upon arrival we immediately noticed the door to the master bedroom was off the hinges and had 2 big holes in it. Definitely needs help cleaning as coffee table smashed on the back porch, trash left outside, and smell of smoke. TV stand was missing a leg and therefore unsafe. Very loud neighbors with no curtains in home so bright lights came in all night.

Beautiful

Peaceful, easy access to highway, very clean and friendly host. Only down fall was they wanted to charge me extra $50 to check in early and due to cleaning but when we checked in the master bathroom was not clean at all. Hair in sink, floor not swept , shower mat dirty . Other then that it was cool

Lovely Home

I absolutely loved the home. My daughter was graduating and we had family come in from out of town. We needed the extra space for them. Communication was great, check-in was great! The home was newly renovated and lovely. My only con was that they're weren't tvs in the other 2 bedrooms that had children it in. Other than that everything was great! I would definitely recommend staying here.
