Amazing New Luxury 2 Bdrm Townhome Pool South Charlotte in heart of Ballantyne
- You’ll love this hidden gem located in highly desirable South Charlotte in Ballantyne. Beautifully decorated with a professional touch. Relax sipping on your favorite beverage while sitting pool side in comfortable outdoor seating. The pool is in the center of the community a short stroll away. The pool schedule is typically May 1 until September 31st. Operating hours are 9:00am - Sunset every day.
Enjoy the open areas where the kitchen and living area are located. The living area seats approximately 6 with 2 additional seats located at the kitchen island. The townhome has two bedrooms located on opposite sides of the living area that sleeps 2 people in each bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, spacious walk-in closet, an in-suite full bath with his and hers sinks, separate walk-in shower and soaking tub. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with vaulted high ceilings and shares a stylish full bath with the living area. Guest will enter the property downstairs from the garage or front door and climbs a flight of stairs. The living area is all on the second floor.
The home is located in the heart of Ballantyne less than 5 minutes drive to popular restaurants, shopping, country club, golf, parks and more.
