A one-bedroom apartment in a great location in the Uptown area. It connects

you to everything that makes Charlotte such a wonderful place to be. The

building is new and very modern and has all the luxury amenities like a

heated, saltwater pool on the roof, gym, etc. The apartment is spacious and on

a high floor with a great view of the city.



Our apartment gives you access to the vibrant culture of Uptown with the

comforts of everyday life in a way no other apartment community in Charlotte

has before. We always keep the focus on you, making sure your life is as easy

and wonderful as possible.









During your stay, the flat is 100% yours. We ask you to use our accommodation

as you would your own home and treat the equipment provided with respect and

to be considerate to your neighborhood. In order for you to get the most out

of it, we recommend you to follow these few simple rules. These will avoid any

misunderstandings and will ensure that the house/apartment stays in good

order.Sofa Bed: Full-size bed good for 1 Adult or 2 Child (not more than 12

years)Maximum no of guests: 5+1 child (below 12 yrs old)



* No smoking [Strict NO Smoking Policy in unit/balcony/pool ($1,000 Fine)]

Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-in and must be staying at

the property.



Check-in is after 4PMCheck-out is on or before 10AM Keys are a minimum of

$150/key to replace. A fee will apply if they are lost, or not returned on

time before 11am. You will be fully responsible for damages and noise

complaints. "We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of cash,

jewelry or other valuables left unattended in guest rooms. We are also not

responsible for articles/valuables left behind by guests and found after the

departure of the guest”.
