Modern, uptown style! 3 bedrooms new construction home!!

  • Enjoy this newly constructed home, centrally located to Charlotte, Gastonia and FUSE district. Easy access by interstate to Gastonia, Charlotte and Kings Mountain. Venture to nearby attractions such us Crowders Mountain, Catawba two kings casino, The Schiele Museum of nature history and Charlotte White Water Center. Absolutely NO parties or event are allowed at our home. There is a $1,000 fee for not abiding by this rule and if a listing get shut down or a neighbor complains you will be liable for it as well.
    - No Smoking/ vaping $500 Penalty fee will be charge for smoking of any kind inside the house
    Absolutely NO glitter allowed, glitter is very difficult to get rid of & can stay for years. $250 Additional cleaning fee will be charged
    - Pets are NOT allowed
    - Early check in/ Late check-out request cannot always be approved, but we try our best.
    -Please make sure to read and agree to all House Rules.
    We cater to our traveling professionals such flight attendants, pilots, travel nurses, and business professionals. ask for our long-term 3 months lease to our team !!

Excellent Home

Beautifully decorated. Very clean and new! Parking is an issue if you have more than 2 cars, but doable with use of the fantastic garage. Definitely worth the money.

Christmas in Carolina

Home as advertised, brand new, very clean and well equipped. Location is a double edged sword as easy access off I-85 makes trips to surrounding areas very quick. However, it also lends itself to noisy nights as it is well transited and home sits directly on 4 lane highway. Driveway is quite steep so will be parking on this incline every day and night. Also, a microwave oven would have been nice to have.

Luxurious home with lots of space. The beds were extra comfy and the primary bath was beyond sumptuous with towels so soft and thick. The home is beautifully decorated and located by restaurants and downtown Gastonia which was perfect for our visit. The host did a great job quickly communicating and accommodating us as we booked last minute. I definitely recommend staying here.
