Perfect location

Very quiet condo, clean, safe and in the heart of it all in Charlotte. Close to downtown restaurants and venues. Loved the pool area and convenience of parking.

Luxury Dilworth Stay

Perfect location

In town for a funeral and this was a perfect spot. Unit was clean, comfortable and close to everything I needed. Pool was great. Check in was super easy due to the step by step instructions sent beforehand. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

extended weekend mom and daughter for Panthers / cheifs game. location close to everything and giod stores within walking distance safe location nice area and nice suite. sofa sleeper not the most comfortable but would consider renting again

My Son had an AMAZING stay here. The host made what could be a confusing parking situation, easy and foolproof with their instructions. Bed was comfortable and unit was safe, which is important in Charlotte. 100% will stay again if in town. Thank you!!!

Location, location, location.

We spent a few days in Charlotte for a football game and the location of this property was about perfect. We arrived around 7:30 and spent some time trying to find the key box since it was dark and the referenced website gave us an error message. They were located by the East entrance on a chain link fence. Average amenities but we were in close proximity to everything we could have needed. Thank you for the hospitality!

Running Mom and Daughter weekend

Was a smooth checkin. We had a little hiccup with the parking pass but it was quickly resolved. It was clean and has everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to have a small salt and pepper shaker 😃, but it was a great condo!

Perfect for short stay in Charlotte

This small condo was perfect for our short 2-night stay in Charlotte. Good location for concert venues we attended at Knight theater and Visulite Theater. Kitchen equipment was limited (no wine glasses, just 2 bowls, a few plates,etc) which didn’t bother us bc we ate out, but could be a problem for an extended stay. The video link to get in the parking lot, elevator and unit was a lifesaver - be sure to view it or entry could be an issue. Nice, clean condo fit our needs.

Not luxury

Location is great. CheckIn is like a scavenger hunt - cumbersome. The place is sparsely furnished and very much in need of repairs and updates. The walls have very noticeable stains and dirt. The carpeting needs to be replaced. Almost allikea furniture that needs to be replaced. I stay in a lot of vrbos and have never left a bad review. Overall, the apartment just looks uncared for which is too bad in this area of town.

Fantastic location, decent space

The location, a short walk from Trader Joe's, Target, and more, is super convenient. Host answered most questions quickly. Pool is fantastic, washer and dryer in good working order. The cookware could be better, but it's far from the worst I've seen at a rental; couch bed mattress is old but was fine for a kid to sleep on. The floors were very dirty and stained all our socks, so my advice would be to keep your shoes on, but other than that it was clean. Definitely would stay here again!

Great location, less than 10mins from Knights Theater.

Really prime location, out of downtown Charlotte but only minutes away. Apartment was clean though we didn't utilize many of the available amenities. As other reviews have mentioned this rental is minutes away from food and activities. Bed wasn't the most comfortable but effective enough. Apartments were pretty quiet and we only heard walking above us once or twice during our four day stay. Our only issue was not being able to get the parking garage pass to work. Owner was very quick to respond and it turned out not being an issue since the apartment has regular in/out traffic to get inside the garage. Would recommend, would stay again.

Gorgeous building - RUNdown apartment!

Upon arrival the building and grounds are stunning! The neighborhood is phenomenal as well! Centrally located to everything but not too close! The check in process is simple enough and we are excited! After a VERY long walk to this unit, the door lock is very difficult but not impossible. The unit looks exactly as pictured and has the potential to be a really nice place but we found it to be in need of some desperate updates and a thorough cleaning! The balcony overlooking the garden and pool area is very nice! The carpet in the bedroom literally looks like a crime scene and we refused to remove our shoes except to shower and only stepped on towels. The walls were extremely dirty in every room. There was only a 1/2 roll of toilet paper, no paper towels and no cleaning products. The dishwasher was full (with clean dishes) and the dryer was full with sheets and towels. We had a jam packed schedule with baseball games and NASCAR races so we weren’t there much but I had high expectations based off listing and photos and we were disappointed with the frat house feel of the apartment! The balcony was the saving grace!

Having stayed in many VRBO properties over several years, I have a good comparison to the standard. That shared, I've never given a property this low of a rating. SEVERAL POSITIVES: It is in a great location. If you like to walk, it is about 15 minutes to several stores. It felt like a very safe walk in the daytime. The building itself seems to be in a safe area and entries to it as well as the parking garage are through secure access only. The balcony view was pretty and peaceful. The bed was comfortable and the linens for it, the bathroom and kitchen were all freshly clean. A day-of-arrival email with detailed steps, including pics, on how to enter the garage and the unit was very helpful. ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT: 1. Key fob method of entry to the units should be changed to digital numeric door codes. Instructions were followed precisely--those even said it is "finicky" when locking. That was an understatement. 2. Hire thorough cleaning company. The unit reeked of ammonia and had to be aired out; the LVP floors were sticky everywhere. All surface areas had to be cleaned with wipes as most needed it. The entire stovetop was covered in a filmy smear. Inside cabinets and fridge were not clean either. 3. Carpet in bedroom needs replacing as it is dirty and soiled. Wore flip flops in the whole unit the entire time. 4. Walls need complete repainting--many have marks, and touch up painting is obvious. 5. Stock kitchen better. It is VERY limited.
