Modern living in the heart of one of Charlotte’s most desirable and safe neighborhoods, Dilworth. Staying in Dilworth offers easy access to many bars, unique restaurants, local coffee shops, boutique filled shopping, and quick access to the city’s largest park, Freedom Park.

The Space:
As a guest of ours, you will have 24-hour access to a fully loaded fitness and conditioning center, a large salt-water swimming pool with sundeck, yoga room, a entertainment lounge, tech lounge with Mac stations and FREE barista coffee bar, rooftop terrace with fireplace, and sky lounge seating with skyline views.

Jacques’s place is located in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States.
The complex is just across the street from the Levine Cancer Institute, minutes from Trader Joes and Target, and Kenilworth Commons shopping area. During the day, enjoy awesome burgers at places Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar or the Food Network-famous chicken salad at The Mayobird. Experience a refined night out at cozy wine bars like Dilworth Tasting Room or Foxcroft Wine. Co. Also visit The Summit Room, known for vast beer, wine and cocktail menu along with thoughtfully reinvented dishes.

Getting around:
One of Charlotte’s most walkable neighborhoods with plenty of food, attractions, and entertainment to explore. Just a 5 minute drive to Uptown with plenty of ride sharing options like Uber readily available. The location also offers easy access to the new Lynx light rail service.

Interaction with guests:
Please contact us through the Vrbo messenger and we will respond as soon as possible. Our guests may let themselves in with our smart-lock (no face-to-face interaction necessary). The hosts will not be present in this apartment, but we will do our best to make ourselves available in the event that you need us.

Great location and quiet

The apartment building is very close to all parts of Charlotte since it’s close to the highway. At the same time, it’s a quiet and clean spot that worked perfect for our weekend visiting family.

I had a very good experience during my stay. The neighborhood is nice and close to everything. The room and bed were comfortable. The check in and check out process were simple. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. The communications with the host was great. All information for checking in and out was given ahead of time. The apartment was in a nice building and it was quiet. Inside was very clean and had all necessities needed. The location was perfect for my boyfriend and I. We never had to drive more than 15 minutes to get to the places we wanted to go to.

Nice Place

The space is nice and pretty clean. There is minimal glasses and mugs so if 2 or 3 people stay you need to wash eah time. The linens and bed are great. I did not like the location at all. You are in the middle of a hospitall complex with no good walking for meals

Super convenient and cozy

The rooms were super clean and tidy not to mention insanely comfortable. I highly recommend booking with this host they had great response time and were overall helpful. They provide step by step videos/pictures of how to use the parking garage and how to use the key for the apartment just make sure to click the link and you'll be shown a tutorial. Overall well worth the money.

Beautiful stay!!

My experience and stay were amazing. The place was spotless clean. The entire stay and process was seamless. It had everything I needed, very comfortable and made my trip really incredible. The location was awesome and the building and amenities were as well. The only thing I can say as room for improvement is that the cookware - specifically the frying pans were so bad I was unable to cook on them and went to purchase my own so I could cook my meals. Easy fix 😄 Everything else was perfect! Thank you for being awesome hosts and for making my trip to charlotte comfortable and wonderful!

Great location and great communication but not ideal for a family

The location is great and the property manager was very responsive. The place was clean and the apartment building seemed decently maintained. I wouldn't call it "luxury" but it was definitely comfortable. It would be a nice option for single person looking for a convenient place to crash. I would not recommend it for a family. There is only one key fob; the listing says there is one fob for amenities, but you need the fob to access the building and it's also the key to the unit. Trying to coordinate one key with two adults and children is difficult. Also, the pool is not at all as pictured. It looked yellow - like it wasn't clean and had a mildew layer on the bottom and there was detritus floating in it the first day. I recognize this isn't the fault of the property owner, but we booked the room based largely on the resort-like pool pics that were terribly deceiving. I would stay there again if it were just me, but I wouldn't stay with two or more people.

Came for a continuing education course, which was hosted just down the road at Atrium Health, so the location was ideal! This building is right along many walking trails, close to Trader Joe's and other restaurants, so I didn't need a car. The amenities in the building are beautiful; also, the gym, pool, and rooftop patio were amazing to have access to.

Great city

The city is the highlight of this place. The walk ability was amazing for me and my daughter. Close to shopping and multiple eating spots and we never had to drive far to go to where we wanted to go. The apartment was clean and smelled very good, everything is well maintained. It was too cold to swim but the pool looks nice. Has a balcony overlooking the pool area with a small view of the top of one of the buildings but overall an amazing vacation.
