Excellent Townhouse
This townhouse was everything as described and the host Adam was very helpful with providing suggestions for groceries and BBQ. The location was very convenient to all of the nascar garages and the museums which is why we came to NC. The two bedrooms were extremely spacious, large living room & kitchen and 3 bathrooms was a plus with our family. We enjoyed our trip.

Adam was very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. Unit was very clean and well stocked. We had to leave early due to family death and emergency and he was amazingly empathetic

Our stay was wonderful. Communication was excellent and parking was convenient. Only thing that could’ve made our stay better was walking outside the complex was not available, not walking distance to anything. There were not sidewalks outside the complex.

It served its purpose for what we needed it. However it definitely needs quite a bit of upkeep. The toilet paper rolls were all broken, the kitchen drawers were falling apart, and the upstairs balcony was completely useless because it was so dirty and full of spiders and spider webs. The outside walls of the townhouse, even the door, was completely covered with bugs and spiders and webs. I think that should be cared for as well because we had to be careful coming in and out. I wanted to rate a 2 but the owner was extremely kind and responsive so I decided to rate a 3. I did bring these issues to his attention and he said he would take care of them.
