Incredible location near downtown Cornelius where you can walk to local coffee shops, dining, and parks! 1 mile from I-77 access to get to Charlotte quickly and easily. 1.5 miles from Davidson College, 2 miles to Lake Norman boat ramps, 4 miles to Birkdale Village, and so much more! This is a clean , comfortable unit with plenty of natural light and two porches. It is one of four units in a condominium with a secure lock with code to enter the building. It is located downtown Cornelius , convenient to groceries, shopping and other restaurants. There is plenty of closet space for storage. The neighborhood felt very safe and pet friendly..
