This property is so cozy and clean. It’s conveniently located in uptown Charlotte. The manager Manny took really good care of us. I can’t wait to revisit.

The water was insanely hot. I lately burned my hand on the low setting. I felt that was not safe. My fridge was not cooling so the food I put in there was ruined. The hotel offered a food credit of $50 but upon check out it was not applied and credit card was charged. I had to call the front desk and was told that my credit card would be refunded. The room was well appointed and staff was courteous. My room had an excellent view of the stadium, you could literally see the game. The roof top bar was awesome and drinks were great. Depending on the floor you are on, you can hear the music from the bar which could be pretty intense. I was on the 17 th floor so no issues with sound. The female bartender did not play, fast and professional. Drinks were top tier! The restaurant Angelines was very cute and the food and drinks were great there as well. The hotel was in walking distance to some great restaurants and the ball park.

Excellent Location for the Bank of America Stadium. Lots of restaurants/food trucks in the area. My only complaint was the air conditioning was lacking at night (probably due to sensors.) Would stay there again!

Overall it was a great stay. The front desk especially Angel was excellent. There was one bartender at Angeline’s who was definitely having a bad day. Basically rude. The other bartender was great. Would definitely stay again just avoid that one guy as he by himself brought the rating down from 5 to 4.

Chrck in time was 3 pm and room wasnt ready until almost 5 pm we had a concert we needed to be at by 5 and were late due to the hotel not being ready. I booked this expensive hotel so I would have no worries and it was terrible

Staff was very nice, lovely hotel. We had an issue with our vehicle and hotel staff were a huge help. Check-in was the only disappointing experience. We arrived just after check-in time but had to wait an hour for our room.

Friendly staff. Clean. Solid amenities. Close proximity to anything you might need. Lots of dining choices but not a lot of shopping. The park outside at night gets a little hectic on the weekends and the street in front of the hotel isn’t the quietest at night but overall great experience. Will definitely stay here if I visit again!

This was my first time staying at the property. Overall I really loved the accessibility to the city and atmosphere of the hotel itself. Some things things could have been better. There was a magic eraser left in my bathroom sink when we arrived…I’m guessing from the cleaners. We asked to get our car a couple times and the sense of urgency from the valet staff was awful. We waited no less than 15 minutes each time even when we requested 15 minutes prior. Today when we left there was an older gentleman with glasses who I hadn’t seen the entire weekend. He was running circles around everyone, super personable and in my opinion deserved my tip and he didn’t even get my car for me. I would stay again but hope those aspects are better.

We stoped in Charlotte for the first time because we were leaving our home in Palm Beach for the season & headed home to Ontario; it was our midway stop. Everyone from the valet to front desk was very friendly. The corner suite we were in exceeded my expectations. Great food at hotel restaurant.

Our stay at the Tryon Park Hotel was delightful. The hotel is conveniently located near the Spectrum Center and other attractions. The rooftop bar, Merchant ™ was a home run. A great place to go and get a good vibe and enjoy some cocktails. Also, the hotel is convenient to many eating establishments.

The stay at the Tryon Kimpton was almost perfect. Check in and check out was seamless with Angelica. She let us know about all the other complimentary services they offer for their guest including a happy hour for refreshments such as wine and juice with some lunch snack. We also went to Angelines and Merchant and Trade in the hotel which were both great. There were so many great snacks and drinks in the room as well of course for a price but quality stuff. The room was spacious enough for two and very clean with a generous bathroom. Now for the cons. When we checked in we were informed there would be a $100 deposit hold for each night you are there. If you are staying more than 4 or 5 nights that could be taxing. The good thing is you can do room charges on that hold while enjoying the resturant and bar, but be mindful. The other hiccup is that when we got to our room there was no tv remote. My fiance retrieved one after calling the front desk, however, then to only find out the chromecast to connect to the streaming services wasnt updated to connect with the hotel wifi. We called the front desk and the tech help desk but got no real response or resolution other than they are working on it, also no one called us back. Throughout the 5 days we were there it was never resolved and when in the room we were stuck with very limited cable tv maybe 30-50 channels. Aside from those hiccups, we had a phenomenal experience. Highly recommend staying. Good area for Resturants Activie

Everything was great. It’s in a beautiful building in a desirable part of the city I would definitely stay again however, I actually wouldn’t. The bed was so incredibly uncomfortable. I wanted to die but besides that restaurant rooftop bar, everything else is awesome.

Kimpton was everything! The ladies at the front desk were beautiful and had an attitude to match. Reginald was was on point and very helpful throughout our stay. All of the staff from the valet to the Rooftop lounge were Excellent. Clean, comfortable and pleasant. Awesome location for dining and shopping. Loved it!

Hotel staff worked as a team to provide excellent service under very trying conditions when the electrical power failed and only emergency power was available for over 16-hours. Staff remained professional, pleasant and alert to the needs of their guests. Good Job!
