Perfect property, clean, comfy, nice residential neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants. Why the 2 stars? I had to submit a face scan to a third party to check in! And they are retaining it for three years! Really?? Plus I never saw another human being in the building. Very eerie. I’ll go back to staying in hotels from now on.

Loved how close everything was to the property. It was a quiet neighborhood and such a smooth checkout process. Loved the water refill station in the lobby area and how stocked everything was. Super clean and comfortable! Would definitely book again when I visit next time!

This is a quiet neighborhood with some walkable restaurants, but there’s no telling who else will be staying on site. I had a terrible first night with someone knocking on door at 1:30 AM and loud music till 3:30. The “trust and safety team” are still “investigating” 4 days later. No proactive steps to get me a refund or credit for a disruptive night. Also the parking lot isn’t reserved; it’s first come. Beware street parking because of occasional towing restrictions on weekdays. There isn’t an elevator, so if you’re on second floor you’ll need to haul stuff on stairs. Also room not set up for home office. And it can be hard to relax in afternoon as housekeeping will be noisy in laundry room. Central location is the main draw. Too many variables made this a bad stay. Won’t be back.

All electronic check-in with codes. Kept me up to date with texting. Easy to contact live person. New furnishings. Nicely stocked kitchenette. Outside monitoring. Safe, residential neighborhood with lots of eating options in few block walking distance - restaurants , ice cream, grocery store, gas station, even dog grooming. Plenty of parking in nice lot right outside door, but definitely tell them if you have a car. I suspect the lot can fill up in busy season.

I went to Charlotte for a bed building event so I just needed a place to crash. Ease of checking in was great. The building was clean and had a smell of cleanliness and the room was clean as well. Had a little fridge for my leftovers from the BBQ joint. I plan on going again next year for the bed building event and will make arrangements to stay at Kasa again.

Was a nice building and apartment but very small and no laundry. Good for a night or two and in a nice quiet area. Not a fan of scaling payments for early or late check in/out. No place to store luggage. Staff was very nice onsite.

The room was really really nice and clean, check in and out was super easy. The only thing we had an issue with was the bed - it's very very firm and squeaky and messed up my back but everything else was awesome! Definitely would stay here again

This place is so cute and comfy. Room was perfect for two of us. Hotel was clean, nicely furnished and the neighbourhood was so beautiful and felt extremely safe. Would definitely stay again.
