Signed Lease Required - To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
** Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
No Events or Weddings - We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
Lake Levels May Vary - Water levels on Lake Norman can fluctuate daily and are outside of our control.
