When we arrived, we were given a room that was already occupied and walked in on a family; we then had to wait another 45min to find another room (assuming we then took someone else’s room) because the hotel was overbooked. The TV didn’t work the entire stay, and no one available on weekends to fix. Poor planning on management for a booked hotel, lots of groups with same experience and no resolve

Staff was very nice..Computers were extremely slow.. After waiting in line for close to 15 minutes , the staff checked in 3 stewardess ahead of me.

The front desk staff were so lovely! And my room was very spacious and comfortable. I appreciated being able to make microwave popcorn in my room :) The location was great as well.

Great stay!!
Hotel was clean, quiet, fairly new. Front desk staff friendly and courteous!! Easy to get to shopping and dining (outlets less than 5 minutes away). We had our puppy with us and they welcomed her, put us on the first floor incase she needed to go out.

I booked last minute for an overnight stay. We arrived early and the, very friendly and polite woman at the desk did her best to find me a room that would ready right away. Everyone was so friendly. The room was immaculately clean and so was the indoor pool area. I would definitely stay here again.

Very good hotel
Overall, great hotel. Service was not up to par. By default, the room is not done unless you ask. I stayed for 4 nights, and one morning, I asked to refresh the bathroom and empty the trash. Back in the room at night, it was not done. I really don't mind that room is not cleaned everyday, but it bothered me that when requested, they don't do it.
