PONTOON BOAT: CrewMate Rentals is a 3rd party company that provides luxury pontoon rentals to our guests during their stay. The 10-person pontoon is owned and operated by them but is kept here at our dock. If you would like to maximize the fun of your lakeside vacation, feel free to book a rental on the pontoon boat. Booking links for the boat are provided at the time of confirmed reservation with us. More information can be provided upon request.
Guests may access all areas of the home, backyard, and dock. Please take caution at the edge of the water along the property. Storage room with extra refrigerator is locked but key is provided for your use. Your front door access code will be sent to you 48 hours prior to arrival.
I give my guests space but am available when needed. Easy check-in/out with personal door code. No keys to carry. We're available during your stay for any of your needs. Our goal is to make sure you have the BEST experience. Pets are welcome but require additional fee. PLEASE MAKE THIS KNOWN AT BOOKING.
Guests must not be disruptive to neighbors. This home is in a quiet, family community. No events or drop by guests without prior permission. If any complaints are received, you will be asked to vacate WITHOUT REFUND. The interior of the property is NON SMOKING. $500 fine for smoking/vaping inside.
STARTER ESSENTIALS: We provide our guests with all linens (sheets, bath towels & pool towels) as well as a complimentary starter pack of essentials including: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, kitchen necessities such as garbage bags, paper towels, hand and dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. Please consider the length and purpose of your trip when planning your stay with us - our essentials are provided to get your vacation started.

We are available to assist you during your stay for issues and emergencies. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. SECURITY DEPOSIT AND ID REQUIRED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. Our approved third party partner, Charge Automation, will verify your ID and collect your details to authorize the credit card hold for the security deposit. The security deposit is an authorization hold, not a charge. It's a temporary hold placed on your credit card the day before arrival; reserved to cover damages to the property. Once the property is inspected after your departure, the hold will be released.
For the security and safety of all our guests, this property has Ring cameras that monitor the front and rear exterior of the property. All cameras record video and will be ON during every reservation.
- Corporate, social parties/events allowed only with pre-approval from the host.
- No more than 10 guests allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
- No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host.
- No parking or driving on the lawn. Damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest.
- No use of the fireplace is allowed.
- If traveling with a pet, an additional $300 per pet per stay fee applies.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind in the house/garage. This will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning. Smoking allowed outside in the backyard only. Please discard cigarette butts responsibly.
- Quiet Hours are from 9PM to 8AM. Respect the neighbors. Complaints from a neighbor will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. Yes, they have our number.
