Town home located on the 7th hole of a CC in South Charlotte. Brand new siding and paint in inside and outside. It is fully furnished and includes full size washer dryer, WIFI, Cable and dishwasher. Townhome was just updated with brushed nickel fixtures. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. Plush linens and bedding. Has 2 large bedrooms upstairs. Master has Queen size bed and 2 closets with built in shelving. 2nd bedroom has rand new memory foam Queen size bed. Full bathroom upstairs and half bath down stairs. Downstairs also has pull out couch if needed. Beautiful deck overlooking lake and golf course. Very quiet mature neighborhood. 1 mile form shopping and restaurants, including Target, Walmart, Harris Teeter, Trader Joes etc. Movie Theater and ample dining options also within 1 mile. Absolutely no parties and no groups larger than 5ppl. This is a non smoking property.

My husband and I picked this place to get out of the cold and visit our family. The neighbors are very friendly and we enjoyed walking and being greeted by people in the neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable and Adam was very quick to respond to a microwave issue. I’m hoping we can stay for a few weeks this summer.

Stayed at this centrally located townhouse for a "girls shopping weekend". Close to restaurants and shopping. Nice, safe area with walking trails. Perfect for two people, upstairs had two bedrooms which shared a bath. Clean and well stocked kitchen. Would recommend stay here!

Relaxing weekday trip.

The property overall was perfect for a half week stay. Anything we could've needed was a short drive away while still being tucked away in an extremely nice neighborhood. The water side view was delightful as well, it really made the morning coffee even that more enjoyable! The host was amazing and made everything from check in to local information a breeze! Highly recommend staying here and will do so in the future!

Memorial week in charlotte

Just in town to visit a childhood friend who moved down here from up north he has kids so I chose to use Verbo to acquire accommodations locally. I enjoyed my visit immensely with so much to do in the greater Charlotte area, including the national white water. Center and a day trip down to Charleston all topped off with a memorable stay at a clean convenient townhouse on a golf course communication with the owner was a breeze. I would do it again in a heartbeat thank you.

Lovely place.

The place is very nice (as long as you can do stairs.) It had everything we needed, was comfortable and clean. The highlight for us was the location. Right on a beautiful golf course, in a safe and pretty neighborhood. We had dogs and walked them around the neighborhood daily. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants.
